If I could give zero stars, I would. For the price, the experience was absolutely terrible. We ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hash brown casserole and the hot sweet chicken biscuit with hash browns. The cheese was not melted at all and looked like it has been unwrapped and slapped on, the hash brown casserole was cold, and the chicken was severely undercooked to the point where it was pink and shiny/slimy. For almost $22, we are very underwhelmed and a little grossed out. The meal was thrown away and not finished once the raw chicken was seen. The building was new and updated but the inside was a little dirty as well. The staff were nice and they were quick with service. We will not be back, and encourage others to be extremely cautious. After consuming a few bites of the chicken before discovering the undercooked portion, I am simply hoping to not get sick.

I got to give it to Biscuitville, I think they are dominating the breakfast game. Iv gotten something at this location for 2 days now. The BEC biscuit with the cinnamon vanilla cold foam coffee was a good, but then I tried the hash brown casserole it was soooo good. Could be a little bigger portion wise but regardless it was very tasty. Also wish they had a few more options for coffee flavors. The staff was nice & I look forward to making a stop there again if it’s convenient

For a fast food place the food was really good. I had the breakfast platter, which was two eggs, scrambled with sausage and hashbrowns although I could’ve had grits, and a biscuit. I had my normal southern tea of course and it came to a little over $11 I believe. That’s pretty much in line with most fast food restaurants. The service was great and I liked being able to watch the guy making biscuits right there through the glass when you walk in the door. That added a cool twist. Good food and good atmosphere and great people. I will be back to try other things on the menu also. Oh, and the melted butter already on the biscuit was a nice added touch!

Worst experience. Our first time there we did not have a good experience, so we decided to try again. Now we see why the parking lot is always empty. Used the drive thru, told to pull up and park to wait for eggs. After about 12 min I went inside to check. When someone finally acknowledged me, they said it would be 10 min for eggs. At that point, I asked for a refund. That took a long time as well, and no one ever apologized or offered alternatives. The guy handed me my money back and walked away. I am done trying.

Had the crappiest breakfast ever. I will never be back. The scrambled eggs tasted like powder and were paper thin. The biscuit was greasy and awful. There are too many choices for a good tasty breakfast so my guess is they will be out of business in a year. They play a TV at such a high volume you get dizzy. Eat there once and you will never be back.

Clean store. Polite, helpful staff. Educated us about the menu. We dined in. Previously I came through the drive thru and knew what I wanted. Food is slightly salty but in a good way. I loved everything we tried. You cannot go wrong here. I love this place.

Used the drive thru the service was quick. Order 3 steak biscuits. The biscuits were stale not fresh. The steak was bland and not fresh. I am changing my three star on service to a 1 star. The company responded to my post which I thought was great. I did as they asked that was 4 days ago and no follow up.

It was my first time at a Biscuitville. One of the 2 biscuits was not right when we got our food. The food was good, nothing special. The service was quick enough and the staff was ok. Might try a different location to see if its better.

Arrived at 6:10 am, doors were still locked. The fryers were down, no hash browns. The ham biscuit had a thin slice of ham and both biscuit and ham were cold. The potato casserole was average. One staff member in blue shirt was friendly, cashier was not. This is a one and done visit for us.
