What point of they can’t get the order right do they not understand? We asked for no egg and there was egg on there. Also the loaded fries weren’t in the bag and they tried to argue and say they were in the bottom of the bag they weren’t the only container in the bottom of the bag was the biscuit and gravy. Spent almost 56 dollars on breakfast for them to be rude they really need to learn how customer service works if it weren’t for the customers they wouldn’t even have a job.

Had been planning to visit the Kinston location since it open. Finally got a chance today. Although I was greeted nicely. I must say the food was horrible. Not because it didn’t taste good. But everything was cold. Right on down to the coffee was cold. I ordered the pancake platter with sausage eggs and cheese. And can I say the cheese was not melted on the eggs. Even the eggs were cold. Put butter on the pancakes and it didn’t melt. Then we made coffee. Went to taste it. And the coffee was lukewarm. Although the register clerk stated that she would get me some fresh hot coffee. I decided to deal with what I had considering I had to open 12 sugar packets just to get it to my liking. Didn’t want to have to go through that a second time. I think my meal came to $22 and some change. For less than half of that we both could have gotten the Bojangles monthly special with coffee biscuit and a side. Ijs….. I had heard so many great things about biscuitville. But honestly I was not impressed. If the manager is seeing this. I was the black guy in the motorized wheelchair.

I’ve given Biscuitville more chances than I probably should have, but unfortunately every visit turns into an inconvenience.

The staff are friendly enough, which I do appreciate. However, they consistently struggle to complete an order correctly. It’s almost always something — missing utensils, no condiments, or items prepared in a way that just doesn’t make sense. On one visit, my grits were served in a to-go tray instead of a proper container, which was just… weird.

After multiple visits with the same kinds of issues, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. Friendly service can only go so far when basic order accuracy and attention to detail are consistently lacking.

Biscuitville: Where the Biscuits Are Hot and the People Are Warmer**
If southern hospitality had a home address, it’d be Biscuitville. Walking into this place feels like getting a hug from your grandma—*if your grandma also happened to bake up buttery, golden biscuits faster than a NASCAR pit crew*.
The staff? Cheerful, polished, and working with the kind of speed and precision that makes you think they might secretly be part of a biscuit-themed elite task force. Managers run the show like smooth operators, and the whole place stays spotless like someone’s always one step ahead with a mop and a mission.
You blink, and your order’s ready—fresh, hot, and begging for a photo before that first bite (though good luck waiting long enough to snap one). The food is fast, but never rushed. Biscuitville somehow manages to make quick service feel like a southern Sunday morning.
So if you like your breakfast with a side of charm, a dash of wit, and zero crumbs on the counter—do yourself a favor and swing by.

Went through the drive thru this morning. The young man taking my order has a voice made for radio! The cashier was very polite as well as the one that brought my food out. Well definitely go again!

I should’ve got the hint when I saw no cars in the drive through and no people walking in or out. All I ordered was loaded fries and it was nasty. The gravy was clumpy and the fries were not hot at all. Lesson learned.

Biscuitville in Kinston, NC, isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a shrine to buttery, flaky perfection. Walking in, you’re greeted by the heavenly scent of biscuits so fresh, they must have been kissed by angels before hitting the griddle.

I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit, and let me tell you, it was like breakfast gave me a hug and whispered, ‘You’re amazing.’ The sweet tea? So good it could bring a tear to a Southern grandma’s eye. And don’t get me started on the hash browns—they’re crispy little love notes from the fryer.

The staff works with the precision of a biscuit-making symphony, serving up smiles faster than I can say ‘extra sausage gravy.’ If you haven’t been to Biscuitville yet, are you even living your best breakfast life? Seriously, go now—your taste buds will thank you, and your diet can wait until Monday.

Customer service is outstanding and I do enjoy the food, however, the biscuits could stand to be in the oven a bit longer they are sometimes undone or too light, thanks. Kinston location
