In my opinion , it was not what it was hyped up to be. I got a turkey Biscuit with egg and cheese. The egg looked plastic , was really dry, the Biscuit was flat and the fries was too seasoned with season salt. I am willing to give it another try , maybe it was an off day

It was good. I had a chicken biscuit, which had a bigger piece of chicken than most fast food joints. If I weren’t driving I would have loved to go inside to eat and try their chicken and waffles or their cheesy grits. Next time maybe.
Believe it or not, if you are gluten free you can get the English muffin and put any meat on it. Not sure about the fried chicken so be sure to ask first.

Ordered biscuits and English muffin combos and the caramel latte. That drink is so good. I need more than just the basic size I need a large at double the size.
Service was great. It was extremely crowded but there was excellent crowd control. Cops on the scene and multiple employees outside directing traffic and taking orders.
I will definitely go back.

I don’t regularly go to Biscuitville, but I had a taste for it. I ordered a pancake platter via the drive-thru line. After paying, I had to pull up and wait for my food to be brought out. I get home and there are no pancakes in the bag. There’s pancake syrup… but no pancakes. I understand people make mistakes, but if you clearly see the order on the screen, how do you still manage to mess it up? I went back to the restaurant to return the order and get a refund. The manager was nice and issued me a refund that I have to wait to receive due to using a card. Basically, I waited for an inaccurate order… and I have to wait to get my money back because of an inaccurate order. This kind of stuff is expected at McDonald’s… not Biscuitville.

Stopped for late lunch. Had the 3pc Dark Fried Chicken with fries and soda. The fried chicken was had Sat for a while. Was disappointing. Fries were fine. Staff was fine.

Stopped by 11/23 to pickup some dog biscuits & as usual they were out. Decided to get a breakfast platter , after waiting 20 minutes I asked about my food ,they forgot about it. Exquisite biscuit, super fresh and delicious with honey spicy chicken. Lightly spicy but expertly cooked and very tasty. I had a great time here and I wish we had one in Connecticut, I would go all the time.

1st visit here. Service was excellent! Went thru drive-thru which went pretty fast considering the traffic and long lines. But the food was really good. My ham was too salty, but everything else was excellent..My Biscuit was so delicious!

This is the newest gastronomic experience to join the bevy of fast food chain restaurants in Greenville, NC. However, not quite the same as the others. Explain you say – well, like Chick Fil A, Biscuitville is Family owned and untouched by corporate ideology. There is a pureness in the food at these dwindling reminders of a world relegated to contactless service and ‘clean ingredients’, whatever that means?! The bacon is devine, matched up to whatever sit down restaurant you choose, the muffins and mixed berry pie are Amish born in their delivery and taste like dozens of skilled Grandmothers are preparing your favorite sweet treats in some hidden kitchen. Believe me, I could go on and on. Just visit and enjoy for yourself and bring your appetite. One major con… I would’ve figured that an eatery with the auspiciousness of calling themselves Biscuitville, would have more flavorful biscuits. Either way, they are firm yet supple so just smother them in Sausage Gravy and chow away!!!
