We have a Biscuitville not too far from where we live, and I have never been to one despite passing many locations. I decided to come here for breakfast one morning to check it out! I got the steak, egg, and cheese biscuit combo with the fries instead of the hashbrown. My partner got the sausage gravy biscuit combo with a hashbrown. We placed our order at the counter, and I gave my name. We sat down, and then our name was called for me to pick up the food. I was very pleased with the cost of the food and the portions. The french fries were good and seasoned well. The gravy for the sausage gravy was nice. The steak, egg, and cheese biscuit was really good! I do not normally get fried steak with breakfast, but I decided to do something different and was glad that I did. They have fountain drinks and a refill station, something that is increasingly going away at many fast-food places. I would definitely come back here!

Came in for breakfast, and ordered a biscuit and hash brown casserole, they informed me that it was still in the oven, they gave me a hash brown and a muffin for the slight inconvenience that wasn’t even an inconvenience. Amazing service and amazing food, workers made my whole day they are all so nice which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with getting food in Greenville. Will not be getting breakfast anywhere else as long as I live in this city.

I don’t know about yall, but when I order something, I want it to at least look somewhat like it does in the photo. Drive thru lady was nice. Very disappointed when I got home and saw this. Not what I thought I was paying for.

I have to say After moving to the East Coast and the South this is probably the best Fast Food establishment I have been to.
I am also a bit of a connoisseur of Biscuits & Gravy
Very few places especially Fast Food Places know how to do make it let alone make it good.
Not the case here. Biscuitville does it right.
Customer service was fantastic.
Another aspect I truly love is while other fast food places are going to ordering from a Kiosk Biscuitville is still a place you order your food with a real human being to be able to clearly understand what and how you want it.
Regarding the atmosphere. It places just above average as it is afterall a Fast Food Establishment.

Went to get me and my partner something to eat. The order got a bit mixed up the first time but that didn’t stop them from having great customer service the first time as well as the second time when they got my order correct. Apologizing continuously for the inconvenience through the process still showing great respect and customer service skills.

Managed on duty decides to just sit on her phone and holler at her staff in plain view of the customers. I waited 20 minutes for just an order of hashbrowns and when my husband went to ask he got told to go “sit down “and it will be brought out whenever it is ready. Everyone else on staff seemed super nice. Yall need better management. Put your phone down.

Another new location of Biscuitville in Greenville. I am glad the open another location because the one by Walmart is always full.
If you haven’t had Biscuitville before, it is what Chick Fila used to be and better. Portion size and price is more reasonable. Fries chicken doesn’t taste greasy or like burnt oil. Biscuits is soft, buttery and freshly made.
I like the viewing glass that you can see biscuit makers roll the dough in front of you.
They have so many staff working right now to take orders, direct traffic and fill the orders. Even the line is long during breakfast and lunch, you will receive your food pretty quickly.
Yeah they don’t have salad or healthy options, but that little salad is not going to lower your cholesterol from eating fast food.
I am not sure about other established location in other cities, but Greenville location is top notch so far.

I’ve always had good experiences here, but today was a different story. The fries were overcooked and the ham biscuit only had a sliver. When I said something about it, I was charged $3.41 for another piece of ham. Very disappointing.

I ordered fried chicken waffle at the drive-in but when I opened the bag it was a bacon and egg waffle. The blueberry muffin was mushy as water. I guess when you have such a big menu, it is easy to screw up an order. I never saw a bacon egg waffle on the board. I will never ever go to a Biscuitville again. Maybe you should concentrate on doing a fewer things right!

I have never had food as bad as it was from here. Service was good but the food was horrible, so bad neither my wife or I ate it. Last time trying this place. But I have always said, bring a great place to Greenvile and the workers will ruin it.
