I know most people in the fast food industry dont take pride in their job, but at least somewhat care about what you serve to the costumer. I bought the absolute breakfast from biscuitville this morning. I asked for extra butter. No extra butter given. The biscuit was dry and bland except for a faint taste of chemical. Cleaning agent maybe? Could not eat it. The hash brown was cold tasteless and full of grease. Could not finish it. The eggs were completely tasteless and had hard pieces of egg where the egg had gotten overcooked by sitting against the sides of the warming pan. Could not finish eating them. The only thing I could gut down was the country ham. That’s just because I love ham. Cmon guys! Next time I get the urge to try biscuitville,I’ll just run down to the local corner store and make myself an old gut dog off the roller grill. Taste better and probably more safe to eat.

This is a nice Biscuitville. Large dining area, food hot and fast. Restrooms clean. Only negative, put paper towels in bathroom.

Food is hit or miss. Sometimes I have a WONDERFUL experience here. Other times I ask myself why I keep coming back! Today I got charged $2.69 to add bacon to my steak biscuit and the bacon was burnt and small. They always get this sandwich wrong for me and it’s the ONLY thing I crave from Biscuitville. Fried steak with bacon, Shell scrambled egg and cheese. I asked twice to verify the cheese would be there and it wasn’t. $11 down the drain. I didn’t even get the combo.

The food was good as always. The cashier was cussing at her ex-boyfriend and giving him the bird. Then the cook kept talking trash to her with customers trying to give their orders. I had to give my order 3 times. The manager heard and saw everything but said nothing. This was the Durham location next to Hardee’s. The drive-thru looked fine. The restaurant gave me a raw chicken patty! I have called several times and left voicemails each time but no one has called back. Very disappointed that no one has tried to resolve the issue or issue a refund!

I’ve been a loyal Biscuitville customer for years, but my recent experience was disappointing.
It took several minutes to place my order in an empty Drive-Thru line at 12:40 PM. The employee, Chelsea, seemed more focused on a conversation with a coworker than assisting me. Despite spelling out my name twice, it was entered as ‘Whitee,’ which was beyond disrespectful.
While I can understand occasional distractions but this level of inattention and disregard was unacceptable.

The staff here is always so friendly and vibrant. Their accommodations are always on point, like when they don’t have a certain side they will let you know and even go farther than needed with how they treat you. The drive thru is always so quick too. I love this place and always look forward to going here. I feel comfy as a person who hates social interactions cause of how cool the people are here.

Biscuitville is always a quick way to get breakfast. It’s usually great! However, these strawberry pancakes were awful! They looked inedible. Not appealing at all. I still tried the middle one despite and it wasn’t good. I won’t purchase these again

Worst service I’ve ever received at a biscuitville. Short changed me on a refund after they were out of what I ordered, and got mad when I called her out. The unprofessional attitude and comments made as I walked out the door were the icing on the cake. This place sucks.
