ed at this location around 5:30 a.m. this morning, and I’m assuming the person taking payment was the manager. She was rude not only to me but also to her staff. I’m giving 3 stars because my food was fresh.

Eggs were prepared exactly opposite from the way ordered. Asked for soft scrambled. Received hard fried and chopped. Horrible taste and charged an extra .50 for each egg.

Their sausage and egg biscuit is the best around by far. If you are ambitious get the Ultimate Sausage Biscuit with grits and sweet tea.

My order was completely wrong I called to speak to the manager and no answer it went to the voicemail. This makes it seems you don’t care about the customers. To me when the other crew was there things was much better, but now that they have these different workers coming in it’s been a mess. They get the order wrong, the fries aren’t cooked all the way, they can’t understand you when you giving your order in drive thru and the oil taste old.
I tried to contact corporate and left my info. Hasn’t received a response yet.
I use to come to this location often but since it’s not the same I stop coming, I then decided to give it another try one day since it’s near my job and this happened so I’m telling you now I will not come back here again!! I will go to the other location which is a bit further but the food is always fresh and sooo good and friendly staff!!

Need to start from a friend unexpectedly bringing me a honey chicken biscuit from here is when I tried it for the first time and was happy with the biscuit.

Today: I visited for the first time and brought 2 honey chicken biscuits. I was also told if I requested honey on any biscuit I could. This business was in good shape, I didn’t want to long “fairly wait” and my biscuit was great. I will return again.

I really enjoyed my stop at biscuitville today. I haven’t been to a biscuitville in a few years. This one is near Fayetteville Street and amaron Street. It’s the great location and appears to be a little bit new. The food was great. I had the meatloaf platter. I was very surprised at how good the meatloaf was for the platter. Maybe with just my expectations, but I really enjoyed it. Lots of great options here. My family was here as well so we also tried the ham biscuit ,and cheese biscuit, the steak biscuit, and pancakes. My daughter said the pancakes were just okay. Great start though.

Lovely staff great food and I hope they keep them loaded fries on the menu. Get an extra biscuit with them to soak up that gravy. Gonna get two orders tomorrow.

Food was just so so. Had bacon egg cheese bisquite and cheesy grits. Bisquite was just ok, McDonald’s one is better. Cheesy grits just had a few shreds of processed cheese sprinkled on top. Also so so

We asked for cup for water and was told it would cost $1.29 for the cup. For water? Really?

With many other breakfast options, it will be a while till I go back here.

I like biscuitville food. But there service has went down hill. I came here to day and order a number 1. No cheese scrambled egg. And I said this five times when I was placing my order. When I get to work. I had a fried egg on my biscuit. I was thinking after saying it five times they would get it right. The only place that can get my order correct is waffle house.
