This place is an absolute joke. Horrible customer service. Asks you to pull to the cone by the entrance anytime you order pancakes- and then when it still takes 20 minutes to get your food, they have the audacity to be annoyed when you come inside to ask if your order is ready. Then when they tell you another 2-3 minutes and you mention you’ve already been waiting 20 min, they all suddenly stop talking. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. So then you ask for their name- and they don’t wanna tell you and they act like they can’t hear you, so you raise your voice asking ANYONE at this point to help because you have a kid in the car. So then you ask for a refund and some snarky shift lead named Kayla walks over in a huff because whoever the manager (the one on the headset in the grey shirt) was- didn’t want to deal with the complaint/angry customer. This Biscuitville is the very opposite of every other location I’ve been to. Horrible horrible staff.

What an outstanding restaurant. I’ve been in this area for a year now, and I never knew it was there. The closest one to my location!
ALL the associates were friendly and acknowledged me. The food was just as I expected…. delicious! I had scrambled eggs, bacon, a biscuit, a hash brown and a short stack! That’s a lot of food for less than $15!!! Oh yes, and I had the cold brew coffee with sweet cream or whatever it was…. it was delicious!! Since literally every employee interacted with me because they were not very busy while I was there, i’m giving a shout out…. thank you so much to December and Susan, the two managers on duty! And each associate… Cristina, Caroline, Amber and Akela, all friendly and beautiful representatives of the company.
I didn’t go in the bathrooms but I guarantee they’re clean because the rest of the restaurant was sparkling. This place has a pretty large parking lot with plenty of spaces. They are right next to food lion and another few stores, so you can actually get other things done while visiting. What else…. they even had two TVs there, that you could keep up with current events if you wanted. I don’t recall seeing tvs in the other locations. Thanks for a great breakfast and i’m happy to know there’s one closer to me now! Last thing… I was there a little before 1pm, and maybe that’s why it wasn’t too busy. They said they had a very busy day, and of course, the day before fourth of july. But I was in there, with only two other tables! Yay!

Best Biscuitville I have ever visited. While there today, Susan (based on my receipt) helped me know how to place an online catering order for sausage balls. During this busy season, it is rare to find folks that will take the time to help you find a solution beyond, “sorry, we are out of that item.” Thank you, Susan, for going the extra mile for me today. You deserve a shout out for being such a helpful person. Have a wonderful a holiday.

I have to say this location is perfect in Clayton. Plenty of parking fast and efficient employees. The inside was spotless. Everything was on par. A great location to either hit the drive-through or dine in. Remember, they only do breakfast until 2 PM.

My first visit to a Biscuitville didn’t disappoint! My bacon/egg/cheese biscuit was very tasty, along with the tea, but the hashbrown casserole was a little heavy on the cheese for my liking. Overall, very good, and I’ll definitely be back.

Wasted $30 on a to go order. My husband waited to pick it up. The girl just set it down and walked off so he grabbed it and walked out. My daughter’s platter and soda were missing so he had to go back in and an employee was like “oh..I think they’re still making it”..she had no idea. Had to wait another 10 minutes. My pancake looked gross and just thrown in the box and by the time we got to eat, it was all cold and my husband’s chicken biscuit was terrible. 2 stars only because our daughter’s food seemed to be good. First time trying this place and will be the last.

Ate here this morning with my daughter and it was terrible. Was busy so we had to drive and eat. My biscuit was so hard, I swear I think it was 2 weeks old. It was like a rock. If I had more time I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend, not happy at all:(

Yesterday I tried this Biscuitville location for the first time. Food was good, slightly better than average, but the wait in the drive-thru was pretty bad. Possibly they need additional employees or to improve their process
