“Brenda”. When I pulled up to the drive-through, she greeted me with my name. She smiled the entire visit, her speech and demeanor was professional and pleasant, and her appearance was tidy and clean. Most drive-through experiences I have had at other businesses usually include little to no eye contact, an unprofessional attitude, and poor customer service skills. Brenda, however, was the complete opposite of this. She is very welcoming, kind, and very professional. Her smile is very warming, and she appears to truly take pride in her duty. She also looks like she bathes on a regular basis, which is more than I can say for some of the other businesses that have angry little teenagers working in their window. Thank you Brenda, for being a shining example of good customer service!

Third time this location has forgotten my egg on my country ham and egg biscuit. Says on receipt egg. Didn’t get any. Fries were also undercooked. They weren’t even busy at all.

My partner is from NC originally and when we visit biscuitville is on the list to go. I tell everyone up in Pennsylvania about it check one out if it’s near. People thinking I am joking. But I am try believer you want good biscuit go to this place. There literally lines around the place for drive thru. The biscuits are never dry. The meat are never looking like they been sitting around for hours. It is always good time. I feel like it’s experience going for sure. And nothing really matches it in Pennsylvania sadly. You read this biscuitville you need to get franchise near pa. So we don’t have to drive 7hrs and 24 minutes to get your fluffy meaty goodness. I been a couple times now and will stand by this place. Go for yourself if you get a chance y’all you won’t know what hit you.

Rise & grind when the Villa is calling. I open the door to a big good morning from all the staff on the front line. Nice! Grenade had a big smile while making them yummy biscuit this morning. He said it’s all in the shortening. I hope I spelled his name right. I decided to go with the limited Bologna biscuit with pimento cheese over easy eggs and cheese. The biscuit was very thick and moist, not dry at all with a thick piece of bacon. With the wetness from the over easy egg. The pimento cheese was good but served cold. Everything was on point at this location, including a clean bathroom.

I wound up mistakenly calling this location with a concern/complaint. Manager Brandy was absolutely amazing in addressing the concerns that I shared. In closing out the call we realized that I had the wrong location. Brandy was still gracious enough to uphold her word in remaking my order although I called the wrong store. I will not be cashing in that rain check but I will definitely make my way to support her business!!! Thank you so much Brandy.

I go thru the drive thru at 9:14 my order got messed up 2 times I noticed the first one while in drive thru so easy fix. I left to drop off food to see that I needed I go back since they missed a biscuit and so I go back and they make it quick. I had to make another order for someone else and they asked for no salt on fries and a sausage biscuit with a tomato easy meal to make… after 10 minutes of waiting I ask the lady in the front “hey can you ask what the hold up is” she responds with “I think they are making it now” a little over 4 minutes passed again I asked her about what the hold up is so I can understand and not get mad she turns her backkk and just stands there! A minute passed going on 16 mins she’s Not communicating with her other workers or anything to figure out why is it taking 16 damn mins! Once it hits 16 mins for one meal she points at the screen and ask the guy making the biscuits “where is this meal at?” he says “we r waiting on the fries” it does NOT take 16 mins to drop fries maybe 5 mins max. I have never been to a fast food place where it takes that long for fries and if something does take long to make the employees have always communicated.

There is a lady named Brenda that works there and she is always so nice and pleasant at the window. I usually come during the week between 6-6:15am. She never forgets the small things like straws and always reminds me to take the survey! What a pleasure to have someone so friendly that early 🙂

I was hesitant to try this place but they do make fresh fast food and only open till 2pm I believe so it’s perfect for a quick bite for breakfast foods. The biscuits were hot and fluffy I wish they had like a buttery top to them as a personal preference, but the bacon was pretty good too! The gravy was good but I like sausage gravy better again personal preference. They were very efficient and quick so I’m glad the food was also good.

Loved breakfast here! The Spciy chicken and honey sandwich was 10/10. 3 stack pancakes were so fluffy! They have so many options for sauces and drinks! Loved it and went back a second time.
