The staff is always pleasant when i visit the location. I have never dined inside but this location always appears to be pretty clean and has a good sanitation score. The drive through is usually really quick. I love the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and really enjoy the grits. Never had a bad item from here .

Great breakfast spot. The placecwas bustling, but still a low enough noise level to talk in a normal voice. The fried chicken biscuit was crispy outside, and juicy inside. The buttermilk biscuits were delicious, and fresh made, literally right in front of you! The house fries were tasty, and crispy without being overdone. Fries were also perfectly salted. Service was polite, engaged and efficient. The food came out fast, and all of the staff were not just polite, they were nice and friendly. Added bonus for this (and typically all Biscuitvilles) location – they have Cheerwine. If you are nearby and need breakfast or lunch, I highly recommend grabbing a bite here.

Hearty and satisfying southern style breakfast spot. They specialize in biscuit sandwiches, with multiple proteins to choose from. They offer platters and lighter sandwich options using English muffins. Ordered the seasonal hot honey chicken sandwich and was pleased. If there was no sauce I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed it, with the chicken filet being so dry. The egg topping was a nice delight to the sandwich. The seasoned potato wedges were good but cold.

I always stop by a Biscuitville whenever I’m in NC and I always love it. One of the best things about going back to the Carolina’s is this establishment and now my kids got to enjoy it with me. Highly recommended

Edit: *this is definitely not a 5 star review I gave below. Also your grits are always runny and not cooked long enough. Won’t be getting those anymore tho. Or the chicken biscuits.*

I don’t know why the chicken biscuits are stringy inside of it. Sometimes they are good but most times like today they are just very stringy and hard to bite. Nice and clean place and the people are nice more than not. I’ll try the chicken biscuit one more time and see

Regional chain with real biscuits and egg (no weird yellow egg like disks here). The breakfast potato wedges are lightly seasoned. I usually avoid fast food chains but this one is really good.

I recently stopped by Biscuitville and decided to try their chocolate croissant. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I bit into it, the dough was clearly raw and undercooked. I brought it to the cashier’s attention, and he told me it was “supposed to be like that” and that he eats one every day. Honestly, I should’ve told him to try the one they served me, because it was definitely not right. They did refund my money, which I appreciate, but it’s not okay to dismiss a clear mistake instead of addressing it properly. Definitely not the experience I expected.
