Love Biscuitville, but this was by far the worst location I have ever been to. My biscuit was cold, tea was sour, and this pic is of my hashbrown. It was cold, hard and tasted like dirty oil. I will never go back to the Lexington location…do better.

Dont let the line intimidate you. They keep it moving right along and you get what you ordered. No getting home and find you are missing something. The food is hot and fresh and TASTY!!! We will be back love the bisquits and bacon and potato casserole!!

Been coming to this location since we moved here 3 years ago. The quality has gone SO downhill. You ask for a sauce while you order, get your bag and ask if the sauce is in the bag… And they’ll lie and say they “don’t have it,” but if you ask them to go get another sauce instead, they’ll come back with the original sauce you asked for. This has happened at least 3 times. Furthermore, we’re always missing at least ONE thing every time we leave the drive thru. Today, we were missing an entire fry. For food being priced a lot higher than other breakfast places, I expect quality and order control to be better. Biscuits are almost always cold. Today, my egg and cheese biscuit was missing half of the egg that’s usually on there. Just such a crappy place to spend money. Bojangles is better.

I bought a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, and a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit both were delicious, I will be going back to try something else .
The lady at the window was very pleasant, perky attitude and hope to see her again.

The food is good but the mouthy cashier who talks all over customers interrupting and doesn’t know how to open her ears and listen needs to get better training. The $4 iced coffee was disgusting and undrinkable

Used to spend summers with my dad in Lexington and we’d eat here often over 15 years ago. I come back and visit with my own kids and find that the food is just as good as it was back then. The staff were really patient and kind and the biscuit and gravy with hashbrown casserole was amazing.

I came to this location as normal. Wasnt even that busy came around 12:45pm got my 3 stack pancake platter an they pancakes were literally tiny like the size of a biscuit. I told her I know they make ‘em bigger cause I’ve been served bigger pancakes before plus they were dry..they cashier was very rude a just act like she couldn’t be wrong I wouldn’t even have her working a window..an another thing they even forgot my bacon. It’s always something with this location I rather go else where service has went downhill..they gave me a refund but that’s beyond the point of me making a fuss disappointed for sure
