Amazing customer service. It was my first time at a Biscuitville in a super long time, and the employees at this store were super helpful and very kind. I had 4 workers interact with me the time I was there, and every single one was happy and very friendly. This is the best customer service I think I have ever had at any restraunt . My cashier was named Tonya, and she went above and beyond to help me so much that I felt like I was family up in there. I’ll definitely be back.

Waited 20 minutes to place an order inside. Every employee was in the drive-thru. The front cashier was getting coffee out the back, came back to the front, saw us, and proceeded to go to the back to finish stocking.. so I left! There were 3 others in front of me waiting as well.

The service is ALWAYS great at this location! I’ve never once had an order come out wrong or an employee have any type of attitude. I actually work at night (630pm until 330/4AM) and will purposely stay awake and in town until they open just to swing by and get my breakfast almost every single morning.

Quick service and accurate order upon delivery. The staff could be a bit nicer but hard to complain when everything else is done so well. The biscuits were hot and fresh, muffins were tasty and moist, pancakes were rich and fluffy. Only waited a few minutes before we received our entire order. First time going bk since earlier this year when I found a hair in my food. I previously gave 3 stars, will give it 5 was fresh and hit this go around and no hair, very crowded inside. Drive thru in the street. So they were really busy. Good thing to see was they had a lot of ppl working that morning.
