I arrived here around 10:20 AM on a Wednesday morning. The main reason why I chose to get breakfast from here is because I received an email regarding a new waffle sandwich and a coupon for a dollar off for a combo. When I parked, I saw a sign for a new cheesecake stuffed waffle with bacon and maple syrup that looked delicious. At that point, I was torn between which one I wanted.

I ordered at 10:30pm. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich combo with fries and strawberry tea. With the $1 discount, it was $7.78 after tax. Per receipt, the cashier was Carol. He was friendly and polite. There was signature requesting patience as staff navigate a new ordering system.

While waiting, I noticed a bunch of tea spilled on the counter. I’m not sure how long it had been there prior to be noticing or even how long it stayed there. All I’m saying, is you couldn’t miss it. I also decided to eat in versus getting it to go.

I received my food at 10:33am. Of course, I began munching on my fries first. I definitely had mixed consistency. I feel like majority were a somewhat overcooked, especially for wedges while a few here and there were fine. With my sandwich, I was a bit nervous as it has spicy syrup and I’m not a huge fan of spicy. However, I didn’t have much of the syrup on my sandwich. I’m neutral about this lol. I enjoyed the sandwich those! As expected, the strawberry sweet tea was delicious. I love how they put actually strawberries in it. The only downside to that is it blocks the straw. Maybe they should consider wider straws to combat that.

Before I left, I did stop the restroom. There was a peculiar aroma but it could have been from a previous occupant. The paper towel dispenser was opened. I’m not sure if it’s broke or someone was being lazy.

They had a really weird attitude when I ordered. I gave the details of my order as requested. She asked me to repeat details several times. I pull up to the window and they barely acknowledge me and the people inside are yelling things like “if I catching something this again!…”

They let me know they’ll need to make one of my items. Not a problem as I know it’s a specialty item. They give me unclear directions on where to pull out of the way. A few minutes later she brings me the food and is mad at me for not parking where she claims she told me to park. When I explained my confusion she huffed and went back inside.

I got back to work with my food and it’s missing the peppers and onions. She specifically asked me if I wanted them and I said yes. Then, I noticed that the biscuit has pockets of flour mixed into it. Not powdered on top, but mixed. Which means the original dough was not mixed correctly.

Overall bad experience. Cannot recommend this location in the afternoons.

Pre-made garbage. Food is room temperature. It’s just sitting there waiting for you to order it. The slice of cheese didn’t even melt. Sweat tea was watered down and bland.

I can’t understand why people gives 5 star to this restaurant? I ordered 2 buisquet and waited there for 30 minutes and after waiting that long, they came out saying: I’m sorry but we are too busy and buisquet are not going to be ready “. I regret coming to this restaurant

Food was as good as I remembered. I ordered for 4 ppl so maybe it was complicated. However, they missed eeg+cheese on one biscuit and missed a side of sausage all together. Even after asking for the egg and cheese I ended up only getting cheese lol

Hadn’t been to a Biscuitville by my own in choice in many years and pulled up to try the new Southern Fried Philly steak biscuit… and they were out of the ingredients. I got a plain steak biscuit instead for the first time and it was DELICIOUS… but I still had to wait 15min in a “fast” food line at 10am on a weekday to not be able to get what I wanted. The staff were suuuper friendly though and gave my cat a biscuit too. I’ve still got $5 left on my gift card, so I’ll give it another go.

An older gentleman fell walking inside yesterday. Even though it was extremely busy the manager, who was working hard alongside her staff, ran out and helped customers pick the fella up and check on him. She then walked him inside and helped him grab a booth. She whispered to a staff member to call EMS just to get him checked out and she proceeded to jump back in the midst of a big rush all while continually going to check on the man and making him something to eat. Several people offered to pay for the old timers meal but the manager lady insisted she had him covered. Whoever is in charge of her pay needs to make sure she’s treated right and is taken care of financially because in 2025 she’s extremely rare and a gem of a manager. And for her young age I’m just very impressed. Gives me hope.
