I arrived at 12:28pm on a Friday afternoon. This is an express location, so you can’t go inside. It looks pretty new, actually. I’m not sure how long it’s been here.
The drive thru was empty. I ordered 2 chicken biscuit combo with fries. It was a little over $18, wow lol.
There was a little wait for the food. The fries were overcooked (or recooked) and unsalted. The only thing that helped me eat the fries was ketchup. The biscuit was thin, as if I had gotten a skinny biscuit, which I didn’t. While the chicken was an appropriate temperature, it was thin and not crispy.
While my strawberry tea was tasty and the staff were friendly and patient, I was disappointed with this meal. I had a craving for a good biscuit and this left that craving unmet. The chicken biscuit cannot compare to Chick-Fil-A at all. I’ve had other biscuits and fries from Biscuitville that were enjoyable. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to previous experiences or my expectations

The gentleman taking my order this morning is one of the nicest most positive person I’ve encountered in a long time. All the employees here are so nice and polite. Really refreshing these days . Keep up the good work!

I had the chance to try this restaurant several times while in the area and it quite unique and very tasty! On both occasions I had the spicy biscuit drizzled with honey and each time they were both fresh and very tasty. I loved that their biscuits are the perfect level of thick and are very moist and flavorful. The chicken was great and not dry and the honey topped it off! Great service and friendly staff. The hash browns are great as well as the cinnamon rolls! Definitely would try this place over and over again!

Ordered sausage biscuit with fries and a unsweet tea, at 8:35 and pulled to window at 8:50 and was asked to pull forward, all you have to say is I’d rather have my money back and then they will promptly give you your food without you having to pull forward.

The orders aren’t accurate. Every time I come to this Biscuitville, something is wrong with my order. I usually only stop by when I’m pressed for time because it’s the closest location, but it never fails, they don’t seem to listen. Consistently inaccurate orders make it frustrating to rely on this location.

When was the last time a drive through worker actually made the visit good? You probably remember this happening 2-3 times at best. Due to it being a drive through it’s hard for them to have some sort of great service that makes them stand out. I should’ve asked for his name, but the guy who took my order did just that, he was awesome and made the experience rememberable for all these right reasons. He was super nice and enthusiastic. I wish I asked for his name because it wasn’t on the receipt, it was someone else’s. If it some how at all helps with figuring out who it was, the person on the receipt is Tamica W, although she’s not the one I’m talking about she was also nice, and also again if it somehow helps figure out who he is, my names Aaron and he kept referring to me as “A-A-Ron”. If y’all figure out who it is, give that man a raise, bonus, promotions, heck, make him the CEO. 10/10 guy

I stopped in at this Biscuitville for a free sausage biscuit today. I had filled out the survey online and decided to redeem it today. The restaurant is clean, and has a very high sanitation grade and the staff is very friendly and even checked on me after I was seated to make sure I was doing okay. The biscuit was delicious and didn’t make it long enough for me to get a picture.
