This is the best Biscuitville in Winston, and I’m fortunate to live right near here, so coming in for a quick bite is always an option!

The staff is friendly and attentive, and I am always helped quickly, with my food arriving not long after I order it. And Sunday was no different, I had to swing by and grab something quick, because the Sunday Chore list was long, and I was short on time! So, I stopped in and grabbed a combo really quickly and was out the door in 5 mins or less! You can’t beat that, especially for their good prices and fresh ingredients.
This is one of the only “fast food” places that I will order and eat the egg, because they are real eggs and not from power or anything else.

Also, they have AMAZING muffins and Honeybuns, if I am ever having a sweet tooth attack, I make sure to get a muffin or Honey bun to consume later

I’m sorry guys but I’m a country boy and when you say biscuits I’m not thinking about getting the thin ones I got I’m wanting the ones you advertised. And the sausage, has been sitting for awhile, If I wanted bad food I could have went to McDonald’s or burger King. But I guess someone got up pissed because it shows in the food….

Latest latest latest review.. Philly spicy chicken sandwich was mediocre at best. Still my favorite Biscuitville.

Latest latest review.. spicy honey chicken sandwich has some heat but honey gets absorbed by the biscuit. Overall I would have rather had a bacon egg and cheese.

Latest review.. tried the meatloaf biscuit that comes in different options. It was suggested just to get it plain and it was the right choice. Delicious! Not a huge fan of the cinnamon swirl but it was edible.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad biscuit from this particular restaurant. Line can be out on the street waiting to get in on a typical morning for drive through so plan for a bit of a wait. Line moves efficiently and any issues the manager will make it right. Grits and other sides good as well.

I went this morning to order my food. I waited in line patiently and I got my food. I checked my Oder before I left and my biscuit wasn’t correct. I then looked at my receipt and it was right on it. I then motioned to the drive through attendant and told her I had a problem. She gave me attitude and at that point I just asked for a refund. I waited another ten minutes for the manager to come to the window and ask me what was wrong. I explained the problem to her and she gave me a cash refund. I tried to give the order back but they refused to take it back through the window.

They actually make the biscuits in front of you. They weren’t overly flaky, but they were tasty.

The bacon egg and cheese is a bit reminiscent of Mickey D’s because of the cheese and bacon.

Had a shelled egg on the sandwich.

Their potato wedges are good.

I don’t feel pressed to there. If my friends wanted to go there, I’d be happy to accompany. But, I might not go on my own.

I spent just under $9 for a breakfast sandwich, wedges and free water.

I usually get a gravy biscuit first thing early in the morning and am never disappointed. The ladies that work there are always nice. A good experience every time. Of course I’m talking about the location on Reynolda Road here in Winston-Salem. Food is always hot and plenty of it. Don’t forget to ask for a doctor dew to drink. The photo I added is only half of what I ordered, I was too excited to eat before I took a picture

You can never go wrong with Biscuitville. They are making biscuits by hand right in front of you. Everything is made in house, so sometimes you need to wait a couple of minutes because they are literally frying the chicken for your sandwich. For a fast food breakfast/lunch, it is consistent and fresh.
