Today’s experience and observations deserved a review, a group of 6 of us came in to dine and had 2 transactions. The gentleman who took our order was nice and made sure he got everything right. We received the 1st order very quick and accurate unfortunately our 2nd order was a nightmare. After waiting for 20 minutes we were still standing there waiting. The young lady in expo finally asked us “what we needed” we responded nicely with “our food” and our name she tried to argue with us and told us that “she was busy she had orders from all directions coming”. Keep in mind we have been waiting for now 25 minutes for fast food, after asking for a manager we finally received and inaccurate order with an attitude from the young lady. Then was told it would be another 10 minutes for the rest of our order. The manager did end up getting our food and refunding part of the order for us. Between the very disrespectful lady with an attitude and the young gentleman walking out of the kitchen, taking food outside and going back in the kitchen with the SAME GLOVES ON is why I will not return. Thank you to the manager in the glasses though for trying his absolute best!! We do appreciate him!!! And to that very rude lady, you dont need to work in food service dear.

When I pulled up in that drive thru on University Pkwy this morning I had just had a AWFUL experience with Hardee’s in Walkertown. Their trash breakfast on the front seat and they refused to give me back my money because I ordered online. Well Biscuitville employees had no idea how PO’d I was and I was praying that their breakfast was better. When I tell you that my whole perception changed when I started to eat. My grits were hot and fresh, eggs fresh, bacon crisp and my biscuit was soft and fresh. I was so pleased and just wanted to say THANK YOU for restoring my attitude this morning. AND the staff were genuinely nice. Thanks so much!

I visited the drive-through yesterday and unfortunately my order was incorrect. By the time I got home, the store had already closed, so I wasn’t able to have it remade. I returned the following day, and Marcus was kind enough to remake my order. He was very friendly and helpful, and his professionalism truly made my day. I hope he sees this review, as I really appreciate his assistance and excellent customer service. He makes this location, the epitome of southern hospitality!

Today’s crew was on point! The employees at both windows were friendly and efficient. The bacon was cooked evenly. If I could I would give all of them a raise.

Sat in the drive thru for 34 minutes. Girl didn’t say thank you or anything just shut the window . Took so long there was a long line back out in the street and caused a big wreck. It’s the slow service that caused it. Here are some pictures

My first visit, there isn’t one where I’m from. Fantastic tasting meal!! Perfect biscuit, scrambled eggs, glorious sausage gravy , if the ham hadn’t been so salty. But that’s just my taste. I’m definitely going to look for one of these as I travel around.

One of my favorite breakfast biscuit spots in all of Winston-Salem. They have amazing scratch made biscuits, pancakes, muffins, and other sandwiches that can delight every taste bud. They have an amazing drive-thru as well with ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

Ridiculous experience here. My wife wanted to try out this place as she heard good things about it. First clue that something was wrong was when the guy a few cars ahead of us drove off out of the line blaring his horn, we should have done the same. Simply ordering food was the most painful process I’ve ever gone through, it was like a painful comedy routine. Then we wait and wait and wait and finally get our order or some of our order. No straws, no hash browns, no biscuits, no syrup. I should have just thrown cash out the window and drove past the place. The worst fast food experience ever.

If you’ve ever been here you know that the muffin case is on the counter right beside the cashier.
Well my husband just ordered water and a muffin. Tell me why the cashier could not get him out a muffin? She looked to make sure there were muffins in the case, but then told my husband that he would be called when his order was ready…. Almost 10 minutes later?!?
Hardly anyone in the restaurant ordering either.
