Where to start!!!…
1. I only got 3 Pancake platters so I had to get 70 dollars back.
2. Those are crepes and not pancakes. Whoever is allowing pancakes to go out like this needs training. They are always like this now. GO TO MAIN STREET IN KERNERSVILLE, WAYYY BETTER.
3. It’s like they had an attitude with me because I wanted my money back that they had charged for meals i didnt get ($70!!)…I didn’t even ask for all of my money back like i should have with those pancakes.

The people taking your order, and serving your order, at the drive-thru, are nice and professional, but the food prep people are either lazy or bitter! I ordered two bacon egg and cheese on a muffin from this location, and my sandwiches were hard and cold! They didn’t butter or toast the muffins at all. The Biscuitvilles in Greensboro and Whitsett and Burlington are far better!

Biscuitville is my all time favorite place to eat, however on 8/10/24 I came to this one and was disappointed.
My ultimate bacon biscuit was lacking the bacon to make it an ultimate and to top it all off the biscuit was still doughy!
Sad to say I will never come back.

Visited this place every now and then. The food is wonderful. I saw that they had honey buns available to order? The picture on the order board looks more like a cinnamon roll. I Ordered one. Got home and it was dried up. I put it in the microwave and it was ok. Today, September 19th I oredred another one just to see if the tine of day mattered. Nope, still dried up looking . I asked for more icing on both. Looks better now.

The Biscuitville in Walkertown is a wonderful place to stop for a quick breakfast. It is usually popular and busy in the drive-thru, but the staff keeps the line flowing quickly and efficiently. You can order and pay online and pick up at the drive-thru or order traditionally over the speaker. The staff is always friendly and light-hearted even in the morning in a rush. We have never had a problem with an incorrect order or missing food, and the menu is varied and offers many different breakfast treats and combos, along with a wide assortment of beverages. 5 stars!!

Went today ordered the new Philly steak biscuit got home no peppers or onions. Returned to the location to find out they are out of peppers and onions. Instead of telling anyone they sent the order out the door. So disappointed they should tell you and them charge extra for egg when they advertise egg on the biscuit. Will not recommend this location. Manager wasn’t not to polite about it. Will not return to this location. Kernersville service and food is better. Thanks but no thanks. If you can’t do better need to close the doors.

Biscuitvilles typically are quite pleasant but this morning the combo of Christie and Shaniya (apologies if names spelled wrong) were so nice and bubbly it really made my morning. Do what you can to keep them around because that personality is rare with customer service, especially in fast food.
