The service is excellent. The cheese grits were outstanding. The homemade biscuits, wow. Soft and buttery. The eggs on the breakfast platter were nothing special. My husband had a country ham biscuit with cheese. He said it was almost as good as a cheddar Bo. The hashbrown was fine. Get cheese grits. The bacon on the breakfast platter was delicious.

Having visited numerous Biscuitville locations, I must say the Madison Heights branch stands out remarkably, truly deserving its rating of over 4.5. Everything about this place is on point, from the unmistakable freshness of the food to the proactive presence of the management team. It’s evident that quality is a priority here; the biscuits are always freshly baked, embodying the essence of homemade comfort, while the fries are served hot and crispy, just the way you’d want them. The commitment to excellence is visible in every aspect of their service, making it one of the best Biscuitville experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying meal that feels both gourmet and homely.

Yes, Bville is not a cheap food establishment. But if they aren’t lying about being locally sourced for the food, then you’re truly getting excellent value. You may spend a few dollars more than a “comparable” breakfast place, but seriously, what are you getting? I’ve had a good experience and good food at every one of these places, and this location was no exception

First time coming to this establishment and using drive through. They do the chick-fil-a take your order outside however it’s before you can see the menu. They do try to upsale items.
The food is not worth $25 for 2 sausage biscuits and two sausage egg and cheese biscuits with 2 hasbrowns. It’s expensive for no real reason as well as just slapped together with no care. They also insisted that I substitute scrambled eggs on the biscuits because it takes longer to cook regular eggs??
Overall bad first experience.

I’ve driven past Biscuitville many times because I usually visit Mad Heights in the afternoon, and they close at 2pm. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I thought that it was a local one-off before I visited and saw the branding, which makes you feel like it’s a national chain. The service is definitely local. Servers were kind, inquisitive, and service minded. It took a minute or two to browse the menu, but it was quiet when we were visiting. The Cuban biscuit seemed interesting, and the combo is a good deal at about $7. Coffee is extra, but it costs $0.70 for a regular, practically free, with free refills. I ended up getting a breakfast platter, and my son got a pancake platter. Sadly, this is where you realize everything but the biscuits came out of a freezer, and you could easily have this meal at home with bulk frozen items. It explains the affordable pricing. It wasn’t bad, by any means, but it wasn’t special. When I thought it was a local biscuit joint, like Ace Biscuit and Barbecue in Cville, my expectations were wildly high. When I realized it was like a discount Hardee’s, I understood, but was disappointed. The reason I’ll go back? The service was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food wasn’t bad at all.
