Staff was very friendly. Food was decent but I need a detox after the super sweet cinnamon bun. If you want to taste your grits ask for light butter. Biscuit was good but my cheese did not melt so it was not hot. At any rate, had my fix for a while.

This was my first ever experience here, and I DEFINITELY WILL GO BACK! I got the limited item of Bologna, egg, and cheese biscuits, and it was absolutely delicious. They went above and beyond to make sure i came back, i got 2 biscuits and that was all i ordered, but i got 2 biscuits, 2 sets of wedges, and a large drink. If they do this to every new customer that comes in then i will always come back. The people there were all nice and polite, the placed looked pretty clean, and the food was so hot that is was steaming through the bag. I will recommend this place to ANYONE! GO NOW AND GET BISCUITS!

They ran out of biscuits at 11:30 on a Sunday morning. Then after waiting for over 10 minutes for the biscuits had to wait an additional 8 minutes for grits. They need a new manager or something.

Literally have ordered a piece of sausage with my gravy biscuit the last three times I’ve been and never got it. Even told them I didn’t get it. I was the only person in line each time. I don’t understand what is going on. This doesn’t happen at the Collinsville location. This one happens to be on my way to work. Will just have to start making an extra drive.

Biscuitville has been in my home town, Martinsville VA, for as long as I can remember. Recently got a chance to go back and it did not disappoint!! Got a breakfast platter with eggs, sausage, grits (not instant either) and one of their famous biscuits. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. And under $6!! Staff was friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back whenever I can! (Note: we dined in)
