My first visit to Biscuits Cafe was this morning. The food was good. The portions were generous. Three items stand out as being delicious and worthy of a return visit – the biscuits, the Marion Berry jam and the hash browns. But the best part of my experience was the excellent service from Shawna. She was polite, courteous, friendly and genuine. Any restaurant that has such fine service earns repeat business from me.

We went here for the first time with our family of 7. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and apologetic about the long wait (she explained it was due to DoorDash orders) and the heat from the doors being open, which also let in flies. Unfortunately, we were overcharged by about $30 for items we didn’t order, and the cinnamon roll that was supposed to be comped was still on the bill. I didn’t get the promised callback that day, but the store manager did call the next morning, apologized, corrected the charge, and even sent me a $20 gift card. While the billing process and follow-up could be improved, the food itself was good and I appreciated that the manager made things right.

if i could give zero stars i would. i ordered at 6:45am through doordash to pick up after 7am. a table of guests was chatting at the large table to the right. employee was cleaning tables, i looked into the door where cooks were. i stood by the sign to be please wait to be seated so i could be greeted and show an employee i was there to pick up. after a few mins, i just grabbed my cold food off the shelf. French toast was bland, eggs were cold, cup of fruit was the best part. no employee noticed me entering or leaving. what a great feeling to wake up to. i encourage others go to village inn or mimis cafe or dennys or ihop. at least you’ll get good food and customer service. this place has several complaints where customers are treated badly in the morning. i guess employees are miserable for staritng work early in the morning, find another job then. first and last time, i can see why i avoided this place even though i live 500 ft away.
update: asian manager has no professional customer service what so ever. no apologies what so ever. if you leave a bad review, he will tell all his kitchen staff that you complained and left a bad review. a customer has every right to complain. so BEWARE if you complain, all staff will know who you are. asian manager with tattoos will discuss it with his employees immediately and give no apology. i threw food in trash even though Kris comped it. since i overheard “she left a bad review” coming from a female employee in the kitchen, i was outside the kitchen door on the bench since i has a bad feeling about the asian manager and didn’t trust him. i should have trusted my gut and left but at least the food is in the trash.

Biscuits Cafe was a great spot for a classic breakfast! The food was delicious and exactly what we were craving. The coffee flight was just okay, not bad by any means, but not something we’d rush to order again.
Overall, a cozy place with great breakfast options. We’d definitely come back for the food!

It took quite some time for our food once we ordered, but we expected that going in. The 25 minute wait once we were finished eating until we were able to check out was a bit much though.
The food was fine, I appreciated the homecooked meal, clearly it was not out of any kind of box or frozen package.
The coffee was the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like a cup of hot water.

Food was dry, the food had no flavor. I was charged for to extra dishes I didn’t ask for. Service was not good nor friendly. I had to ask 3 times for to go boxes, I told the waitress I had to leave for and emergency, and there was no hurry on her in. My daughter’s potatoes were under cooked. Dropped into this little gym to have breakfast with my son and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu we were seated immediately and food came within 15 minutes Best service hands down now I can see why so many people have reviewed this business they still care about their customers and also don’t forget about the service world-class service if you’re looking for a great breakfast spot! I did the pic for items breakfast with French toast biscuits and gravy bacon and an egg by far enough to feed two adults.

We always have such a wonderful experience. The food is always hot and fresh, always on point. Service is great friendly staff and the atmosphere is always relaxing and comfortable..
This morning however wasn’t all that great. We ordered, our food came, we began to eat and I found hair in my food. Totally lost my appetite of course.. the waitress was extremely polite about it and apologized.. I reordered another order and we finished our breakfast.
I understand things like this happen but, it’s just so unpleasant.. anyway, we will come back again sometime. Our experience next time will probably be better thanks!

Food was very bland. Biscuits was dry and wasn’t covered in gravy. Gravy didnt have an flavor to it. I think they was scared to give eggs for the price they charge. The hashbrown was undercooked. The cinnamon roll French toast doesn’t taste like a cinnamon roll or French toast. The soda was overly priced. The whole place wasn’t worth the price they charge. The waitress was nice and she had the the cook made a Mickey pancake for my son one. The hostess needs a hug or something she seem like she’s in a bad mood.

She is so sweet, incredibly quick, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Kristina truly made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!
