This place was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was fantastic and friendly, Cafe was super cute. Food came out quickly and was made perfect. Best omelet I’ve ever had! Waffle was super battery and tasty as well. Look forward to going back again!

Small spot next to the Luez theater just off of the courthouse square in downtown Bolivar, TN. This place looks new and is ultra clean including the uni-sex rest rooms.
Menu is limited but what I ordered was well prepared. I had a skillet breakfast: Biscuit, scattered hash browns, over easy eggs, smothered with sausage gravy & shredded cheese.
They offer breakfast, sandwiches, and a few plates and they do have a bar. I’ll visit again!

Don’t be confused by the name. Biscuitry serves more than just biscuits and breakfast, and everything they serve is delicious! They offer a daily plate lunch option in addition to their regular menu, and I’ve honestly never had a meal there that I didn’t love. The staff is friendly and the owner makes you feel like you’re family, as he never hesitates to say hello if he’s in the building. Speaking of the building, it’s adorable. Just the cutest little spot for a family breakfast, lunch with friends, or dinner with the one you love. Clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with a full bar, Biscuitry is just an all around great restaurant. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. If you live locally, it’ll quickly become a favorite. If you’re just passing through, you’ll definitely want to find your way back.

This restaurant is new to Bolivar, TN & Bolivar doesn’t have that many restaurants. I tried this a couple of weeks ago, since it was new & it was packed around lunch time. The staff was very friendly & they have a very extensive breakfast menu, but I stopped by for lunch. There are sever unique items on the menu, i.e. there’s a steak sandwich which is built between two Texas toast, grilled cheese sandwiches!! I give them only 4-stars because I order the Bolivar Burger, which was just a hamburger, nothing special, over priced for what it was. I ordered it with the extras, like grilled onions, cheese, & bacon, but the kitchen forgot the bacon!! I wasn’t charged, but the server explained it as a lot of people in the kitchen & someone didn’t check the order before it came out?? I’ll go back, but won’t have the Bolivar Burger again.
Okay, my wife & I went back a couple of weeks ago & we each had one of the plate lunch items. This time the food was excellent & the service superb!! We shared a dessert… cobbler, made with biscuit crust & it was really good.
I only gave them 4-stars last time, but this time it was definitely 5-stars!!

Had a wonderful iron skillet meal. Two biscuits topped with bacon and sausage crumbles, hash browns, two eggs and gravy! Great service! Large menu for a small place. Roomy enough to seat at least 30 people!

I generally like this place and they have good food. But, it’s just a little bit problematic for a place that features biscuits to turn around and charge customers an extra $3 for jelly to put on the biscuit. I’m surprised I didn’t get hit with an extra condiment charge for the ketchup that I ate with my hashbrowns.

This is a great, local town square restaurant with the food of a 4 star restaurant. I had lunch there and was in the mood for a bologna sandwich and it was one of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere of the restaurant had a small town vibe. The food and service were both great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to those that are close to Bolivar or passing through.
