I was in town for a wedding and wanted a good breakfast before heading home. Biscuit Love was the perfect place. Everything was delicious, especially the biscuits!! You must also try the Bonuts! Everything was so clean and the service was also great. I highly recommend this place and sure wish we had one in Madison, AL

The service from all of the staff was excellent! The coffee was high quality. The food was good. We had the hungry hash, their version of a cinnamon roll, the kids waffle, a hot latte and an iced latte (all pictured). You order at the counter and are assigned a table where they bring you your order. They also have a loyalty program if you enter your phone number at checkout.

Rachel made my first visit to Biscuit Love Berry Farms such a great experience. Even though it was busy and packed, she was attentive, kind, and made sure my order was right from the start. She checked in throughout my visit and made sure I had everything I needed.
I ordered a caramel latte that I switched from iced to hot, and it was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The latte art was a nice touch. Rachel also recommended the biscuit roll, which was delicious. I had the breakfast burrito as well and really enjoyed it.
The atmosphere was family friendly, comfortable, and not too loud. This is a must go place when you are in Franklin, and I will definitely be back.

When I say we ate this place up… I’d make the 2.5 hour drive from chattanooga again just for this place. Beautiful, great service, left with a cute shirt and a card game for the kiddos ! The oat milk latte was IT. And the bonuts may have changed my life

First time visitors from out of town.. Sqw 4.7 stars and thought we would give a try. Came on a Saturday morning about 10 and didn’t have a wait. Was busy. Staff were all friendly and food was pretty good. Recommend you give it a try.

That was amazing food. Wow. So much love went into the food, service, and atmosphere. We got the waffles and nashville chicken bisciut. It was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the london fog. Lodon fog is a hit or miss cause not everyone know how to make it. This place had the best london fog. If ur not an oat milk fan make sure to ask for the regular milk. Coming back before we leave. nashville.

The biscuits were very good, as they should be; flaky and light but still had a nice crunch on the outside. I had the princess with mild chicken. The chicken was perfectly breaded and juicy. My wife commented that the grits were some of the best she’s had at a restaurant. We will return.

I LOVE this location. I’ve been to all of them all now and this one is hands down my favorite. The atmosphere is soft, bright, clean and beautifully done with a Diner feel and service was very pleasant. The food was hot and delicious the latte was absolutely perfect, I can’t say enough good things about this visit. I haven’t been happy with my last few visits to the other Biscuit Love locations but this one definitely made us so glad that we gave this Biscuit Love a shot. I can’t believe I didn’t get any photos but that’s how fast the food went down so I guess not having a picture is the best compliment I can give. The only suggestion I can offer is to open a Biscuit Love near Cookeville so I don’t have to drive so far.

I didn’t love the ordering process. I felt rushed to know exactly what I wanted as soon as I walked in, which made things feel a tad stressful. You order at the counter, seat yourself at a number they assign you, and then have different people bring out your food and drinks. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and the store was super cute.
