Food is great but what just happened today has me crazy pissed. I sat in the parking lot waiting for 8 biscuits to be made for my order for 25 minutes. All because they prioritized an order that was a call in for someone who wasn’t even in the building or the facility, also for some reason, people who ordered after us were getting chicken biscuits and leaving during this. And after my food finally got done almost 25 minutes later they were told they didn’t even need to make that order. So I lost all that time for no reason because the manager couldn’t prioritize better, and half of my stuff was cold by the time i got it.
Then when i get to work and hand out the biscuits I was short one, and someone put 2 little chicken nuggets on mine. I will never understand how someone could put something like that together and say “yes the customer will be happy with this”. I went back and they made me 2 biscuits, the one i wasn’t provided, and the one that shouldn’t have been, which i did appreciate. But, she was ill about it. Which is another thing i don’t get, I just paid you guys 50 dollars for food, and you only gave me part of that food and your ill with me because I came back to try and fix it? I don’t know if I’ll be back to this store, or this chain. All i can say is, the food is great until it isn’t. And check your food, as this place is not good with apparently counting to 8.

We came this morning, my son and I and ordered breakfast through the drive-through and spoke with Tymeka. She was absolutely pleasant at the speaker and at the window. She was very sweet. Had a beautiful personality and kept us updated on what we were waiting on. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She was phenomenal.!! She is definitely an asset to your restaurant

We got the country ham biscuit, bologna biscuit, and I got the tenderloin platter and it was so good southern breakfast food. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, hash browns, and 3 pieces of the best tenderloin I’ve had in a long time. Great price for great food.
Got the hot dog special, 2 hot dogs, fries and a drink. I get mine all the way (mustard, chili, onions, and slaw) and they rank with Tony’s Ice Cream hot dogs in Gastonia who are voted best hot dogs year after year. Good job The Biscuit Co.

I Love the place. The chicken biscuits are delicious an a good size. I also like the blueberry muffins. All the times that I been there the employees have been very friendly. It’s easy to find and the prices aren’t that bad. Best thing is that is a few minutes from home.

Biscuit Company has a wide array of breakfast options to choose from, from your regular biscuits to egg breakfast platters. They also serve lunch here and cupcakes & cookies on occasion. Prices are still fairly decent- a Lg. Egg & Chz biscuit, a Sm. Hashbrown (which are seasoned tater tots), and a Lg. Orange Juice was $7.78 as of Sept. 2024. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because their drive-thru line is incredibly slow. It can take 10 to 15 mins just to get to the drive-thru speaker because of the line. You can go in and order though if you don’t want to wait. Great food, but some training should go into making the drive-thru quicker and more efficient.

Sadly, I stopped in today, 3/22/24 and I sat at the drive-thru for at least 5 minutes, nobody took my order, I drove to window and still nobody came to take my order. I hate to say it, but it really seems like they are steadily getting worse instead of better. I have decided to not go back again due to high prices, steadily declining quality of food and the bad service.
I have to update my review..seems like over the past 2 months the service and food are going downhill while their prices are going up. Today (10/10/23) for example, I ordered a biscuit and sat in the drive-thru for at least 5 minutes, used to be they were really quick getting you in and out, sadly not anymore. A lot of times I have seen employees standing around eating while 1 employee does the work. Maybe the Manager should check into this problem. I for 1 will not be going back.
The people in this restaurant are always so friendly and their service is great. My husband and I love their biscuits. I just wish they were open later than 2 pm.
