Love this place, the biscuits are so flaky perfect and tbh the price is right! the staff is super friendly too. Really convienent location, but the entrance can be easy to miss; If you do, be sure to turn around so you dont miss out on these fluffy heaps of perfection.

We’ve been dedicated Biscuitville patrons for many years but noticed the quality of the food at the three locations we normally stop at, had really gotten bad. We decided to try Biscuit Co., in Ramsuer, NC. It was my first time, though my husband ate there once many, many years ago.
It was BY FAR THE BEST biscuit I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. I got the steak, egg, and cheese; while my husband got a sausage biscuit and also a fried bologna biscuit. We both got hashbrowns; he got an orange juice and I got a black coffee.
It took a bit to get the food because they made it all fresh. I’d gladly wait for food that tastes that good. The steak was tender. Seriously, you didn’t need teeth to chew it. It was well seasoned also. Nothing like the greasy, styrofoam I’ve received the past several times I’ve gone to Biscuitville. In fact, Biscuitville steak had gotten so bad, I just stopped ordering it all together. But this place?? Man…. It was so good!!! The egg was fluffy, and the cheese actually tasted like cheese. The biscuit its self was buttery, flaky, moist, yet stayed perfectly together with every bite.
My husband loved the sausage, and said it tasted like sausage was supposed to taste versus what other places are using these days. He also enjoyed the bologna biscuit as well as it had two pieces of bologna. The coffee was hot and fresh.
Staff was friendly and actually checked the bag to make sure our order was correct and all there, before handing it to us and that’s something you don’t see at most places. It was very much appreciated!!!
We went through the drive-thru so I can’t speak on the ambiance or interior. It’s obvious from the outside that it’s an old restaurant but it had a 95.5 sanitation grade, so I’m assuming it was clean.
Negatives: the sausage patty was very good, but it was way too small for the size of the biscuits, which are MASSIVE!!! The pictures don’t do the size of these biscuits justice.
Hashbrowns were actually tater tots but they were perfectly cooked and tasted good.
We will definitely make this place a habitual stop when we’re traveling through the area.

We stopped in this morning at 1145 am. It’s Christmas eve. We didn’t know they were closing at 12. The attitudes from employees and manager are horrible. Telling everyone we close in 15 minutes and acting like customers are an inconvenience. Ridiculous!!! If you didn’t want to be here. Don’t be here!!!

Omg, you must stop and have the country ham biscuits and Cheerwine fountain drink. Prices are unbelievably affordable for scratch cooking. If I am ever in Liberty NC again I will stop here first thing.

*Review edited to update menu photos. Food is still great. Scratch made buttermilk buscuits cant be beat. Neeses truck was there the other day. Best sausage around. People are always friendly, even when they’re busy. Don’t forget, they’re open for lunch, too.
