⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely – A Must-Visit Gem in Historic Bisbee!
Nestled right on Tombstone Canyon in the quirky, historic heart of Bisbee – that charming old mining town with serious hippie vibes – Bisbee Badassery is the coolest spot around. This quaint little biker-themed bar and restaurant totally nails the edgy motorcycle aesthetic while feeling welcoming and fun.
Owner Kevin (and his partner Jana) have created something special here, and manager Sam took incredible care of us – super attentive and friendly! We hung out watching Ford vs Ferrari on the big TV (Kevin’s seen it twice in theaters, and I love it too – nothing beats that racing adrenaline!). The vibe was relaxed and awesome, chatting with great people all around.
But the food? Oh man, the pastrami sandwich is hands-down the best I’ve ever had – tender, flavorful, and piled high. Paired with that to-die-for aioli sauce? Perfection. Everything was fresh and delicious.
This place is fun, the staff is fantastic, and the overall experience is top-notch. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Bisbee – highly recommend!

Food, atmosphere and the vibes were 10/10! The food was amazing and simple. I ordered the garlic burger and it was good. Fries are crispy and flakey. Drinks strong. We had the opportunity to dive in “the cave” that was an experience. It’s intimate and up the hill a bit. I’d recommend this for a group of 6-7 if it’s available – super fun and cool!! The staff was sweet and attentive. They had live music on the rooftop. We will be back!

Pub-lite eatery and bar with inside and outside seating. We, 2 couples and a dog, ate inside. Lots of character is crammed into this tiny place but it works. They shared a rueben and home made potato salad and we shared pastrami on a marble rye with tater tots. Sandwiches were great. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Bisbe is a quaint town with a trendy vibe and this place fits right in.

Absolutely amazing place. These people were fantastic. I got to meet the owners and they were just lovely people. They were very concerned about my mom because she had tiny bit of a health issue and they were making sure that she was okay and it wasn’t just in the sense of an owner concerned because of issues. You could tell it was very heartfelt when they were making sure she was ok. Service was fast, food excellent, atmosphere was awesome. We even had desert of their ic cream. I bought my husband the beard cream and he loves it!

The Badassery was a fun place to grab lunch after hiking all morning. There’s a bit of a wait for a table (due to limited seating and being busy) but it was a beautiful day and the live music was an added plus. A bit of a wait on food as well but not too bad.

We randomly picked this place for early dinner. Sat outside, they have heaters!
Cool 2 man band on the roof entertained us. Coffee was good, not sure where it was made…
We were lucky to park on the street. I love Bisbee and will go back asap! So much more to explore. Middle of nowhere town in a canyon, reminds us of Jerome az. But better …

Delicious food and drinks. A cozy restaurant with a small outside seating area too. The Rubin sandwich was great and so was my hamburger. We had tater tots and onion rings and they were very good too. The patio area was very nice, we sat out there. The Inn at Castle Rock is across the street.

Good little burger joint in oldtown Bisbee AZ. While the menu wasn’t extensive. It has something for everyone. The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurant decor was all about motorcycles and the open road

Found myself spending a weekend in Bisbee with some good friends. After exploring the town, we made a stop here to get a bite to eat.
I ordered a BLT and Onion Rings. They hit the spot! Highly recommend The Bisbee Badassery, if you ever find ourself in Bisbee as well.

What an incredible find and dining experience! The generosity of the staff was beyond expectation. We neglected to mention one sandwich needed to be on a gluten free bun until it arrived at the table. We were very willing to pay for our error and purchase another sandwich. The staff wouldn’t hear of it.
The food was DELICIOUS. I had the best ruben I have ever eaten. My mate had a garlic burger on gluten free bread. He raved about it and ate every drop.
Great experience. Go and see for yourself!
