Stay away from this place. Food is cold, tastes bad and Naan is as hard as cardboard. $14 for a cup of rice and few pieces of meat is very expensive.

They do not have proper heating/warming for the food so food will be served cold!
I usually go to the Biryani nation in the Latta arcade maybe 2-3 times a week and always get the same thing. Today, when I went, and asked for the exact same thing, it was a different price. No big deal, did not make a fuss, and happily paid for it but after paying for it realized the food was cold and they do not have proper heating protocols in place to keep the food hot. Asked for my money back, he initially refused until I told him I would Dispute the charge. He then walked around the arcade and asked for change and gave me my refund. Disappointing. Really liked the food but won’t be back.

Sad to say that I’ll be moving soon and probably won’t make it to this side of town often, so I ordered lunch here for one of the last times. The food here is amazing and you definitely get your money’s worth when ordering one of their combos. I always went with the chicken combo with white rice and either chicken curry or chicken Tikka masala if they had that. It’s an interesting place, serving your food kind of cafeteria style and the atmosphere doesn’t really lend itself for sitting in the restaurant to eat, which was fine for me because I live nearby. Also, the menu can be hard to navigate, and while I’m somewhat familiar with the cuisine here, I would like to try new stuff, but it’s kind of hard to tell what you would be getting exactly. Overall, I really enjoyed ordering lunch to go here, getting speedy service and enjoying it in my apartment over the last year. If they expanded their hours and offered a dinner menu or a buffet, I would definitely consider coming all the way back to gateway from our new place to eat here again.

Tried chicken biryani combo few times. Food taste is okay and the quantity is not satisfactory for $15 price.
Update- they changed the container size to a small one and further reduced the portion size. Definitely not recommended.

They charged 14$ for Jira rice and a small portion of curry … the appetizer also was very stale … when call yourself biryani nation and not having single veg or paneer biryani option is disappointing…

It was my first time having lunch here at Biryani. The food was cold, which was kind of odd, being that the restaurant just opened about 30 minutes before I went to lunch, but once I warmed up the food, it tasted good.

The side of curry chicken was cold. The chicken in the biryani and the curry had some tooth-breaking hard parts that should have been trimmed off.
