I went to Biriyani Max recently and honestly, I was blown away. The food was so good — the biriyani was flavorful, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the meat was so tender and tasty. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and put a lot of care into what they serve. The staff were really nice too. They checked on us just enough without being overbearing, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming vibe. If you love biriyani (or good food in general), you should definitely check this place out. I’m already looking forward to going back!

I heard Biryani maxx opened in Raleigh location . I am glad that I checked with my friends yesterday. Place is very clean and hygienic. Good for near by offices for lunch. Menu is extremely accommodating and reasonable prices. They have place to sit and eat also . I tried Murg Malai Kabab, Butter chicken, Garlic Naan, Goat Biryani and Chicken Biryani . Chicken pieces are very tender and juicy . Chicken Biryani is tasty like Hyderabad Dum Biryani Style. Defenetly should try if you are in the Raleigh location.

The food is rich in taste with well blended flavors . I have ordered malai soy chap tikka, murg malai kebab, chicken sheek kebab, tandoori chicken, and garlic naan. Especially malai soy chap tikka and chicken sheek kebab are heavenly. One must complete it by having Mango lassi. The employees are friendly and attentive.

I saw this when grocery shopping and gave it a try. The food was excellent. I had the triple schezwan veg. The rice and noodles were cooked perfectly with good mix of spice. The manchurian gravy was also nice. The searing was also clean and place was well maintained. Definitely recommend the place

I ordered the chicken hakka noodles and was really disappointed with the quality. The noodles themselves were average, but the biggest issue was the chicken – it was not cooked properly and tasted bad. The texture was unpleasant which ruined the whole meal. For the price, I expected something much better.

It was quite a letdown this time. We’ve always enjoyed the food from Bombay Central, but lately, the quality has been slipping. Everything we ordered was either overly spicy or far too salty, which took away from the actual flavors. The Chicken Tandoori was overcooked and charred—dry instead of juicy and tender. As for the Seekh Kabab, it was so salty that even the kids couldn’t eat it—we ended up leaving half of it. We spent $40 on just these two items, but sadly, it didn’t feel worth it. Really hoping things improve.

We ordered the Hyderabad Goat Dum Biryani and it was spicy, delicious and just right. And it was ready to go in 25 mins. Love that we have this takeout in north Raleigh now. And no need to go to Cary to get good Indian. It is not a sit down place. More for takeout. Bonus that it is in an indian grocery shop.
