From this restaurant, I’ve tried their other dishes as well, and everything has been outstanding. Last night, I ordered the Tandoori Chicken Salad through DoorDash, and I was really impressed. They don’t just deliver great food in the restaurant but even with delivery, there’s no compromise at all. The chicken was flavorful and tender, the salad was fresh, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Indian-style food.

Ordered through DoorDash, I called them to make sure my chicken tikka masala was extra spicy. They did pretty well. I also ordered garlic naan, which was soft and Basmati rice. I’d definitely order again.

I’ve never encountered an Indian restaurant that feels so American; it leans more towards American cuisine than traditional Indian fare. I ordered biryani, which should typically be rich in salt and spices, but this version felt overly planned and more colorful than flavorful. Perhaps this style caters to the local white population, which might explain why I saw many of them enjoying their meals. I understand that not everyone wants spicy food, so I’m not criticizing; I’m just sharing my experience. I didn’t try any other dishes, but I found that the food lacked flavor.

In a league of it’s own. The BEST south Asian food in the East Bay. Has held up it’s immaculate reputation over the past 8 years since I moved here. Always delicious. The only restaurant of it’s kind in the East Bay that has AUTHENTIC flavors and quality. They are generous with portions, seasoning, quality and care put into every meal. 1 million out of 10. I really enjoyed the food at Biryani Kabab Restaurant in Oakland. The management and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Chicken Biryani was outstanding—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and truly authentic. I have eaten biryani many times in India, and even there I rarely found this level of taste. Highly recommended!

This is our weekly Indian food spot. The food is amazing. We love the palak paneer and chicken tikka masala with cheese naan. The staff are friendly and they take both Apple Pay and cash. The food does take time to prepare but it’s always fresh and tastes amazing. Best cheese naan in Bay Area for sure!!

Amazing restaurant in the heart of Oakland. I ordered the Tiger Wings appetizer, and was amazed at how good it was. The naan bread was fresh and delicious, and paired with my Lamb Karahi well. To top it off, I ordered a mango lassi – perfection. I will have to try their mango sticky rice next time!

Id go back to give it another shot for sure, perhaps other dishes there were better. but I had the chicken biriyani… it was good, but not exactly what i was expecting…. the place says its Pakistani, but it should just stick with saying its Indian food…The biriyani i had was Indian. I was expecting the rice to be soft and fresh, just seemed dry and a little crispy.
