10/10 food quality. The chicken biryani, butter chicken, and garlic naan were incredible, and they nailed the spice level exactly as requested. Just a heads-up it’s strictly self services . You scan a QR code for menu, order at counter, eat from to-go boxes, and clean up your own table(trash) It feels a bit pricey for self-service, but the taste and portions make it worth it for a casual meal. I will be back just because the food quality was great!

My friends and I checked out this Indian restaurant after a recommendation from our Bangladeshi friend, and wow—I absolutely loved it! The chicken biryani was amazing, full of flavor, and easily the best I’ve had so far. The mango lassi was so sweet and refreshing, the perfect drink to go with the meal. My only complaint? They were kinda stingy with the naan—it was so good I wanted more!
One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the serving style. They gave us plastic containers, plates, and utensils, which felt a bit cheap and not very sustainable. I expected something better in that regard. But overall, for my third time at an Indian restaurant, this was by far the best experience! Will definitely be coming back (and asking for extra naan next time lol)

I honestly don’t post reviews unless I really love the food, and this biryani place deserves it. This is hands down one of the best biryanis I’ve ever had in PA and it’s also halal… The goat/mutton biryani was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and so satisfying. If goat/mutton isn’t your thing, their chicken botanical biryani is also a great choice. Highly recommended for anyone who truly loves good food.

I had an amazing time at this restaurant: The food was delicious, I ordered the biryani. While the service was great too really friendly and talkative. I’d like to visit again if I’m in town.

One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. The dum ka goat I ordered exemplifies how to properly render collegen the bones pulled off effortlessly and what little fat I could find had a beautiful texture and flavor the meat itself was perfectly tender and the gravy was excellent. The chef here understands cooking and flavor on a deep level and you should come experience something unique and delicious at Biryani city

Went for lunch around 12pm, the photos online looked good but we were told all the food would be served in to go bins, and there were plastic cutlery and paper plates. They also do not have a lunch special (im not sure if this is temporary or not because the menus on here and photos show weekday lunch specials (he did not elaborate on anything)) I’m not sure if this is normal in general, or just because it was lunch time- but thats not something i wanted to pay for. Feels like they mostly just want to-go / food delivery orders. If youre expecting food as pictured when eating in then i would skip, if you don’t really care about atmosphere/plating ect. then maybe try idk, I want my plating ect. to be nice if I’m eating out somewhere.

First visit and absolutely zero complaints! The food was excellent. We ordered the Chicken Majestic and Mahkani Chicken and both were very tasty! The mango lassi was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

I visited Biryani City after seeing so many positive reviews and high ratings on Google. The food itself may be good, but I was honestly disappointed to discover that this is essentially a takeaway-only restaurant. The food is served in takeaway containers, and customers are expected to eat directly from those containers.
Personally, I am not very comfortable with that kind of setup and was expecting a more traditional dine-in experience based on the reviews. This detail is not very clear beforehand, and I feel it’s important for people to know what to expect before visiting.
This review is not about the taste of the food but more about the overall dining experience and expectations. If you are okay with takeaway-style dining, this place might work for you, but if you are looking for a proper sit-down restaurant experience, you should be aware of this beforehand.

Don’t door dash. 90$ order for two entrees and some na’an. They under-filled the entree bowls by 1/3-1/2. Don’t recommend purchasing here unless you’re going to pick it up in person. 20$ for an effectively half the quantity of food of any other restaurant. Used to be my favorite place for Indian food. Now I’m not coming back.

I’ve been coming to this place for past 4 years and almost every time had a great experience. The food is always fresh, tastes delicious. I have always done a takeout. They do have highchairs for kids. Plenty of free parking lot. Restrooms available. My recommendation is boneless chicken biryani, any paneer curries or even their appetizers.
