Reviews
The biggest disappointment for us was the service. While most restaurants have a clear cutoff time for taking new orders, this place accepted our order around 9:20 PM, and the food arrived by 9:30 PM. But by 10 PM, they had turned off the music and were urging us to sign the bill, creating uncomfortable pressure to leave. If the restaurant plans to close at 10, they should ideally stop taking new orders earlier, perhaps around 9 PM, to allow diners enough time to enjoy their meal without feeling rushed.
Overall, due to the poor service experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.
What
I got take out for a veggies biryani, gobi manchurian and a bhindi masala. Out of a scale of 1-4 on spice, I picked 2. OH MAN should I have done 1. It was so spicy I could barely enjoy the food. The manchurian was good and not as spicy. The biryani was very very very spicy and the bhindi was unbearable! I am sure it would be better had I not gotten it so spicy.
Environment
This was a strange strange place. I went at night, for the first time, as a out of state person. There was no visible sign on the building, then I was at the back side where there was an open sign, just to realize the door isn’t opened. Then drove to the other side and there was only an open sign. It is a stand alone building and there is plenty of parking available.
Niceness of the staff
I called in the order and was able to place the order with no problem. Was able to get my food and leave. The place was quite empty when I got there and there was no one to greet you upon entering.
Dollar
It was decently priced, the portion was big and quite filling.
Yes
I would give it another shot and not get that spicy.
Bawarchi Biryani point is one the most prominent Indian restaurants in Broomfield/ luisville area. I like their food. But in some areas there’s still room for improvements. They are very good in south Indian delicacies and has whole variety of Indian dishes. The staffs are cordial and helpful.
Update : we had chicken biryani and mutton mashala today, taste was awesome. They should take care and of the house flies, it is often disgusting and leads to lack hygiene.
2nd Update : we visited this restaurant for the third time in a week. Wanted to give it a try and promote the local businesses in our area. I gave them verbal feedback on their cleanliness and the houseflies. To my utter disappointment i still found flies sitting on food. We tried Samosa chaat, had a half samosa with lots of boiled peas and hardly any othe mashala. Now coming to Biryani which the Bawarchi chain is known for has been a big disaster twice in a row. I tried both chicken and goat biryani, but you have to try hard to find chicken or goat. Mild spicy was too hot for our Indian palate. The services bu staffs needs lot of improvement. They definitely need professionals. Sadly It was my last visit to this restaurant. Will never recommend to anyone. There are few more good Indian restaurants around broomfield which one can try. I brought my rating down to two from 4 earlier
Everyone please check before you eat. It is not fresh food and fresh meat .
