Biryani Bliss is BLISS. I’ve dined here plenty of times and am never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about menu items and what their flavors are when I need clarification. The music is lovely and I always feel like I’m eating with family. All smiles and the vibes are excellent. The food hits the spot and I leave full and happy with the flavors, presentation and service.

Under new ownership since June 1st 2024. Bliss indeed. Amazing authentic food from different parts of India, full of flavors and textures and colors, great attentive service, we’re blessed to have such amazing food in this corner of Colorado. As a chef myself, I have no idea how they can offer this quantity and quality of food at this price point. The new ownership is kind and gives so much love to make this restaurant great. I’m very thankful to enjoy this meal here knowing that love and care were put into the food and experience.

Wish I could give zero rating. It was takeout order, Ordered paneer biryani, the top of the biryani was nice but underneath they have placed paneer with excessive amount of masala as you can see in picture it taste awful and had to throw the biryani. Plus they didn’t place utensils in the bag except the tissue paper.

We visited this restaurant on May 24 during our trip to Colorado. The chapathi and shahi chicken korma were quite good, and the mango lassi was enjoyable as well. We also ordered the mutton Hyderabadi dum biryani, but unfortunately, the meat did not taste fresh, and the biryani had too much cardamom. We ended up leaving most of it uneaten.

The biggest disappointment for us was the service. While most restaurants have a clear cutoff time for taking new orders, this place accepted our order around 9:20 PM, and the food arrived by 9:30 PM. But by 10 PM, they had turned off the music and were urging us to sign the bill, creating uncomfortable pressure to leave. If the restaurant plans to close at 10, they should ideally stop taking new orders earlier, perhaps around 9 PM, to allow diners enough time to enjoy their meal without feeling rushed.

Overall, due to the poor service experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Oof, level 2 spicy is unbearable!

What
I got take out for a veggies biryani, gobi manchurian and a bhindi masala. Out of a scale of 1-4 on spice, I picked 2. OH MAN should I have done 1. It was so spicy I could barely enjoy the food. The manchurian was good and not as spicy. The biryani was very very very spicy and the bhindi was unbearable! I am sure it would be better had I not gotten it so spicy.

Environment
This was a strange strange place. I went at night, for the first time, as a out of state person. There was no visible sign on the building, then I was at the back side where there was an open sign, just to realize the door isn’t opened. Then drove to the other side and there was only an open sign. It is a stand alone building and there is plenty of parking available.

Niceness of the staff
I called in the order and was able to place the order with no problem. Was able to get my food and leave. The place was quite empty when I got there and there was no one to greet you upon entering.

Dollar
It was decently priced, the portion was big and quite filling.

Yes
I would give it another shot and not get that spicy.

See the updates below :

Bawarchi Biryani point is one the most prominent Indian restaurants in Broomfield/ luisville area. I like their food. But in some areas there’s still room for improvements. They are very good in south Indian delicacies and has whole variety of Indian dishes. The staffs are cordial and helpful.

Update : we had chicken biryani and mutton mashala today, taste was awesome. They should take care and of the house flies, it is often disgusting and leads to lack hygiene.

2nd Update : we visited this restaurant for the third time in a week. Wanted to give it a try and promote the local businesses in our area. I gave them verbal feedback on their cleanliness and the houseflies. To my utter disappointment i still found flies sitting on food. We tried Samosa chaat, had a half samosa with lots of boiled peas and hardly any othe mashala. Now coming to Biryani which the Bawarchi chain is known for has been a big disaster twice in a row. I tried both chicken and goat biryani, but you have to try hard to find chicken or goat. Mild spicy was too hot for our Indian palate. The services bu staffs needs lot of improvement. They definitely need professionals. Sadly It was my last visit to this restaurant. Will never recommend to anyone. There are few more good Indian restaurants around broomfield which one can try. I brought my rating down to two from 4 earlier

My wife ordered idly vada and we only got idly, no vada. We have been quite regular customers at biryani bliss but recently their quality has worsened. Even the sambar was very salty and the chutney was tasteless. We were quite disappointed. We called the restaurant to tell them that we didn’t get the vada and they have just put the blame on uber eats saying that Uber eats didn’t update their menu. The price of the idly vada was more expensive than just the idly. The least we expected them to call and inform us that they cannot provide vada.

The worst indian food i have ever ate in last 2years.Those are not biryanis its a left over biryani and it is taste like vegetable rice with chicken pieces. And i have asked the owner regarding this he said its busy right now. We cant do anything about that. Is this the way you treat the customers who are paying a lot.

Everyone please check before you eat. It is not fresh food and fresh meat .

I visited with my family. We were a group of about 27 people. We had a great experience at Bawarchi in Louisville. The food was delicious and the service was great. Staff were very polite and patient with our kids. We didn’t have to wait too long for the food. There was plenty of parking available. Love from canada..

We called a bunch of places and during this snowmageddon of 2021 they seemed to be the only place open. Our friend is deathly allergic to nuts and they did an excellent job ensuring his food was cooked away from any nuts. My other friend got the garlic chicken which was a bit spicy for his pallet but he enjoyed the experience overall. The food was excellent. I had the chicken tandoori which was phenomenal. We also got some of the pastries which were excellent, the chocolate and the pineapple is what we tried.
