I have always had a love for biryani especially mutton biryani and when I saw this name “Biryani Bistro” I had high expectations when I entered. Ordered my favorite mutton biryani, Hakka veg noodles for the kid , corn 65 and also paya soup.. after 20 min they come out and say that the chef said the paya soup is not available so I told to cancel that and bring the other orders. So here comes our corn 65 and Hakka noodles. Corn 65 was not up to the mark, tasted bland not seasoned enough. The Hakka noodles was only average. Finally the moment to try my favorite Mutton Biryani. First is the aroma, it smelled off and it was dominating with some kind of an artificial flavor. Temperature wise it wasn’t even hot. Taste wise I would say this is the worst biryani I ever had. Had a few bites packed the Hakka noodles and left.. guys you all need to do better..
PS: on our table was a napkin dispenser and I have posted a photo of it here. It was filled with dust. If the place where customers eat are filled with dust like this how will be the kitchen area???

OMG!!! Stating with the food, my mouth was absolutely watering when I smelled the aroma of my chicken tandoori wrap! And the flavor made my tastebuds feel like they were on an amazing journey. The service is so satisfying that we feel like we are treated like family. The atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasing with amazing seating and visuals! Ram and Mahesh were so kind. The mutton dum biryani disappointed me high time , being a Hyderabadi and knowing what exactly kacchi akhni ki mutton dum biryani means , this was just not upto it and specially mentioning that this is what they served at marriages is just a huge misunderstanding.
Anyhow i wasn’t expecting this with the biryani but we also ordered Paya and that was definitely what made our trip a little better to this restaurant.
I would definitely recommend the Paya but the biryani is a big time NO

Tried Biryani Bistro and was genuinely impressed with the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and especially cooperative when I placed a DoorDash order. I had the mutton biryani, and while the flavor was rich and aromatic, I was a bit disappointed with the portion of meat. At $28, it felt like I mostly paid for flavored rice. That said, the taste was excellent, and I’d still recommend giving it a try — be your own judge.
