Having read such positive reviews about this Mexican food truck, we decided to give it a go for a new Takeout Thursday experience.
After ordering our food, we had to wait ages for it all to be cooked. People came, ordered and ate, while we stood waiting for our order.
When we got home, the food was cold (we live close by so this shouldn’t have happened) and it was, for the most part, fairly bland. While we ate most of the food, it was because we were starving by the time we eventually made it home.
We won’t visit again and will stick with other takeout options in the same vacinity.

Tonight was my first time getting food from this place. I am a fan of halal meat and avoiding any pork product at all cost. I had the Beef Burrito was big. It was different than any Burrito I ever had in my life. Overall the food was ok but the beef lacked the flavor and it was cold. I may or may not go back again. I was not impressed by the food.

I’ve been here a few times and I LOVE the tacos. The Birria here never fails to hit the spot! They’re super generous with the meat and cheese which I love. I recommend getting the beef cheese taco; it’s SO good you won’t regret it. I bring all my friends here. The workers are always so nice! I also got a churro Sundae thing with chocolate sauce and strawberry ice cream! love that they offer Halal because most taco places around don’t

I love birria and like this spot but I’m getting really tired of asking for extra salsa cause they barely put any in the cup they give, to end up with them forgetting to provide the extra salsa. I always ask for extra red salsa cause one cup is not going to be enough for three tacos or a whole birria pizza. They say okay and that they will, I get my order and nope. Same single cup of red and green salsas. Even had my friend who speaks Spanish request it last time and still just got one cup of each salsa for the whole order.

We used to drive all the way up to Everett from Kirkland just to get this delicious birria, so we are thrilled that now they are 5 mins from the house in Juanita area!
Great flavor, appropriate sized for the price (good value) and fast, friendly service. They now have 2 park style picnic tables but it’s so convenient to grab it and go.
Located in the Mark’s Japanese Auto parking lot.

This is probably my favorite place for Mexican takeout! I’ve been to plenty of taquerias in a similar style, and I’m pretty sure the point of a birrieria is to be able to roll you home — not only are all of the breads dipped in rich birria, but the strawberry agua fresca has cream in it, which I’ve never seen before. (It’s delicious, though!) The portions are enormous, too — I can usually finish even a large burrito in one sitting if I have a good apetite, but here, they’re a good dinner for two nights. Also, my sister-in-law has a casein allergy and needs no dairy, and when I picked up our order they had marked all over the box to make sure we knew which was dairy-free, which I really appreciate!
I do notice that their number has changed, so I’ll try to get that updated online.

Food was great. Definitely a nice surprise for a place I went to without any expectation other than I really like birria. I’m not sure how they could improve their cheese tacos and consome. I also had the platanos fritos which were really good for dessert.
