Whenever I come home from college this place is my absolute STAPLE! It is the best birria I have ever had. I can 100% say I am obsessed with this taco truck! Luz is the sweetest woman I have ever met! She has amazing customer service and is quick on the job. I come to that truck not only for the delicious tacos but to see Luz. I adore her!

Luz has been amazing since day one. She’s extremely attentive to our orders and always makes sure everything is perfect. Her customer service is truly over the top, she’s the main reason we drive such a long distance just to come to this specific location. Luz is the kind of person who makes every visit worth it!

First the food is good. The reason why I’m giving it a 1 star is because of how pointless it is to call for an order. My food is never ready and I’ve come here a couple times. The final straw was today. I called at 6:30pm just for 2 quesadillas and 1 consume. My food wasn’t ready till 7:40pm. Worst part is they weren’t busy. Craziest part of all they never apologized nor even acknowledged that they took an hour and 10 minutes. Again the food is good but I’m not risking my pregnant wife yelling at me cause these guys can’t respect phone orders.

Came from out of town for a wedding and had to try some legendary Birria tacos! Loved them, except I wasn’t sure if it was because I came near closing time but the tacos looked a bit weak. They were delicious though! Consome was on point as well as the horchata!

I come to this location almost every Sunday and I’m always greeted kindly by Luz. I love the way she cooks and makes my queso tacos, but the attention to detail in customer service is also a 10/10. The best birria in town, and also a special employee in Luz.

Never have I ever. Had such luscious consommé de birria. MacReeves and I wanted a light repast as it was about 100 Fahrenheit in the Valley and only a savage beast could eat a normal sized lunch in such hellish weather.

We ordered a taco dorado, vampiro and a mulita (the latter two being corn tortillas with melty cheese and birria cooked on the griddle to a crispy molten delight) between the two of us. We dipped each bite in the molten consommé elevating the inherent umami goodness of each dish. The pickled red onion and red chile salsa also added additional flavor notes of spice and acidity to an already multilayered explosion in the mouth.

Scotty MacReeves regretted not ordering more but I told him it’s always best to leave yourself craving more.

Pro-Tip: Later that night we dipped hot fresh pizza slices into reheated consommé and found it to be the gustatory sensation of the year. Like French dip on steroids.
