I moved from Burien end of 2024 to Seattle after enjoying this place for 2 long years. I hated leaving this place behind, but returning it leaves something to be desired.
Also she gave me the wrong change back. It was $3.04 she owed me but gave me $1.04. I think she thought i only tipped $3 but I tipped $6 before my extra change I was trying to tip too. But thats my choice. And when i told her she didnt give me my $3 (but I was going to leave it as more tip) she just went “ok” and what appeared as a rude look to me. If you thinking I only tipped $3 is the reason for semi bad food and seemingly rude service today, thats not ok. Maybe be happy to serve someone if open, like me at my job. Im sorry for interupting you sitting with that man at the counter outside.
Food should make you happy not make your day worse. $45 later 1 good but only warm burrito. 2 crap quesabirria, and a bean and cheese burrito add rice almost all rice. All lukewarm after a 15 minute drive and not warm in the centers.
I will say, food always seemed fresh and good in 2024 and before… to elaborate: the quesabirria is much much smaller than it was before. Almost 1/3 smaller if not between there and 1/2 since one of my $5 tacos(ea) is only half filled.
I asked for some rice in my bean and cheese burrito. Now its almost all rice instead.
The big birria burrito though is still pretty darn good in my opinion. Still a decent-good size.
They also have a wonderful Oil Salsa thats yellow like cheese sauce but mild and super tasty.
Service on a slow day has always been sub par but with friendly enough people who work there.
Very small inside. Still counter type service not restaurant type service.

Stopped by Birrieria La Sabrosa de Los Mochis near the airport and tried about four different tacos.. each one was delicious! The flavors were rich, and the quality was solid across the board. A great spot if you’re looking for tasty, authentic tacos in the area. I’d definitely come back!

One of the best quesabirria tacos I’ve ever had. The churro dessert with ice cream is a new favorite!

It’s a little take-out place with 4 small tables inside and a bar outside. There was nice, chill Mexican music playing. I ordered a birria burrito and flan. The burrito was very good when paired with the pineapple salsa. The flan was very firm but the taste was spot on. I will definitely eat here again the next time I am in town.

First time here and I should have checked the reviews here first. I way over ordered but I’m not mad about having delicious leftovers! So good. The pizzabirria is huge, definitely a sharing situation. The nachos have a nacho cheese sauce and really good beans on them, not what I’m used to but they were tasty. I ordered over the phone and it was ready in 10 minutes. Amazing!

Birria La Sabrosa I thought is a hidden gem around the area for anyone craving birria tacos and consommé. The tacos were pretty solid with flavor, and the consommé was rich. The highlight was the trio of sauces—all spicy and each adding a unique kick. Give it a try if you’re around!

This is the birria and tacos I’ve had this far north. Everything was fresh and so good!! I’m already plotting for when I can return. We tried a few things, the birria ramen, the Carne Asada burrito, and the pork adobada tacos. The pork wasn’t greasy and was flavorful. I enjoyed all the toppings in the burrito, it had rice beans meat lettuce guacamole sour cream cheese… so fire! And the birria ramen was delicious too. Very hot. I could tell they must make their own blend of chilies for the sauce. Even tortillas are handmade. Very friendly people working, i assume the owners. Grabbed some photos of the inside but food didn’t last long enough. Next time!

The restaurant is definitely on the small side- so I wouldn’t suggest large groups going to eat there, but it was clean, and the music wasn’t overwhelmingly loud. The food was delicious and came out really quick. I got the quesabirria, adobada, and asada tacos and I recommend them all. If I’m in the area again, I would be happy to go back.

This is a pretty solid birria spot for folks living over in the Boulevard Park area. I like that they include a side of birria broth for dipping unlike other spots. They have other tacos like adobada but do not have sides like beans and rice. The veggie taco does not have cheese and it does have broccoli which I found kind of odd, but it was still delicious somehow. The salsas are pretty tasty.

This spot is a birria lover’s paradise! We tried the birria burrito, nachos, carne asada, and the unique birria pizza. Each dish was packed with rich, savory flavors that really hit the spot. The birria pizza was a standout, blending the cheesy goodness of pizza with the deep flavors of birria. The portions were generous, and everything was deliciously satisfying. If you’re a fan of birria or just looking for something new and flavorful, this place is a must-visit.
