Came to this location on a work lunch. It was one of the coldest days of the new year. The parking lot was packed… we were still able to find parking for 3 big work trucks. They were really busy, and we had 5 guys. They put a table together for all of us and away from the door. The place was really warm. It’s very authentic looking inside. Smelled amazing. The cook was alone with 1 waitress. They served 5 or 6 other guests before us but took our order and brought us chips and a ridiculously spicy and absolutely delicious salsa with house made chips… our food came out shortly after, and it was perfect. Everyone got something different, and everything came out together. I would definitely recommend this place if you want some delicious Mexican food. I definitely will be back.

Absolutely delicious spot! Authentic Birria, full of flavor, and sweet ladies working the front. Our server helped thoroughly explain how to order/ figure out what I wanted because I initially was just going to order birria, but what I really wanted was birria tacos Jalisco style- Jalisco style is cheesy and fried/ crunchy tacos. I almost accidentally ordered it soft/ regular by saying tacos de birria, luckily she asked how I wanted them! Lol. Regular is soft corn tortilla, which btw, their corn tortillas are nice and thick, you can definitely tell they’re made in house! We ordered a side of rice (no beans), 2 carne asada- grilled steak tacos, and 2 al pastor- grilled pork tacos with sour cream, and my birria tacos estillo Jalisco with the cosume/ broth on the side! They have both goat and beef, I opted for goat, you can ask for a mix of both, but I like goat because It’s more authentic/ gives that slight gamey flavor. All in all, super delicious place I will be stopping by again when I get the craving for some authentic yums! Upon reading some of these comments, my consensus is some people just need to learn how to order. I almost made the same mistake because I’m used to my gentrified way of ordering, but the cliché birria tacos we are used to is in fact Jalisco style- because thats how they normally prepare tacos- not only birria, in Jalisco. If you order birria that’s exactly what you’re gonna get. Birria literally means meat stew so gotta be specific when ordering. When in doubt, ask. We customers, aren’t always right.

Service was terrible, very slow and they forgot half of our order so they brought 2 orders basically when everyone else had finished after having reminded them about it. Despite the poor service, they charge you with tip included with no heads up and on top of everything we got sick, will not return, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly, let me start by saying the quesabirria tacos are not the best. Second thing the console does not come with the tacos. I asked for beef tacos because im not a huge fan of goat but they. Gave me goat consome. So I didn’t even use it. The girl at the counter was nice at least. I paid about 24 dollars for 3 tacos and a console, it seems a bit pricey compared to other places. If im being honest …I wouldn’t recommend.

Great food, but be patient. That being said, the goat birria is some of the best that I have ever had. The 2 tacos “Jalisco style” are excellent to dip into that amazing birria broth.
Food is 5 stars…but again, you have to be patient as you might have to wait for your food.

The name says it all. Although this no frills eatery has all the popular Mexican favorites, however, the star is birria (goat stew) served in many different ways.
In addition to serving as an ingredient in the usual tacos, enchiladas etc., the goat stew served as dinner is specially remarkable. It is slow cooked to a tender perfection. Tortillas are made right in the kitchen and the difference is evident. Portions are huge.
Very popular with those in the know, the restaurant does a brisk takeout business as well. Don’t go there for the ambiance, for there is none. Walls have handwritten signs for what is new on the menu and the old prices are corrected with sticky labels over them. Tables and chairs may be mismatched and the hanging displays are crooked. TV blares music videos in Spanish.
Go there for the food and you will not be disappointed.

Great birria! The birria ramen is one of favorite plates. the place is pretty small so seating is limited. The staff is friendly when it gets busy it’ll be a wait till you get your food. But overall great place for some birria
