First of all, it has been years since I came back to birrieria Jalisco.
I remember the quality and taste of the food used to be good. I don’t know what changed but recently the food is not good, the birria de chino was hard like chewing on rubber, the consome was salty. They really need to taste their food before serving it to the customers. The only thing that was good was the beens and chips.

The food here is the delicious, our favorites are the tacos de birria con frijoles, Sopes de pastor . If your kids don’t like, you can always get them a hamburger or cheese burger those are also good. You’ll be sure and leave with your food secured in a box. Lol

The birria was good, I got the rec from YouTube or something I don’t remember. But the handmade tortillas were so good. And the surprise star was their BEANS! Omg the beans were so good. I cannot believe how that isn’t what they’re known for.

I stumbled upon this place by accident, and it was totally worth it. The goat with consomé was incredibly flavorful and prepared just right — seasoned beautifully. This might just be my new go-to spot. I got the full order, and it came with fresh-made flatbreads on the side.

Great Mexican restaurant that offers both birria and french fries. Their staff is always very friendly and attentive. Seating on the inside and outside of the restaurant with plenty of parking. Cash only but there is an ATM on the inside. Aguas frescas are always tasty and the huevos rancheros are one of my favorites.
