I was looking for a place to have some brunch. My plan was to stop a this Cafe up the street and I couldn’t find a parking spot so decided to leave and started driving and saw this Birreria place so I decided to stop and try it. I ordered #2 meal. It was delicious . Good flavor. It’s Birria de Res. Place was clean and had nice music playing.

It was exactly as I had hoped, delicious!!! The consume really is the star of this dish. The meat is so tender it falls apart. When you add lemons, cilantro, and hot sauce it makes it the perfect dish !!

Loved the food. The quesabirria is great and the birria with noodles is highly recommendable. Not too spicy but their sauce with oil will do the job. There are five tables for outside sitting and there is a drive thru which I think is so awesome!

If you’re a fan of Birria, then this place is a must. The Birria and consume are flavorful and tender. They have a great menu to choose from, so far I’ve had the quesabirra which is basically a mulita with Birria. The torta, taco and the Birria plate. They offer the perfect accompaniment of condiments. Red diced onions, cilantro, lime, and hot or mild salsa. Be warned the hot salsa is not for the amateur salsa connoisseur. Not to be outdone They serve everything on freshly made yellow corn tortilla. Admittedly I have gone back just to order tortillas. They are that good.

I ordered a Torta de Birria to go, I did see that on the menu it said it didn’t come with consomé which is sad because I have gone to other places and they throw in a little cup of consomé for no extra charge. The torta was not cut in half, and the first bite was dry, no flavor, I was hungry so I kept eating. The meat was not nicely chopped up just long strands of meat. I ended just eating the bread and cheese basically.

Got the deluxe platter and was amazed by the flavors. Honestly didn’t expect it to be this good because of how many locations they have. The taco was the best part of the deluxe platter imo. Would recommend. Come hungry, it’s filling
