The food is good the only reason I go there. But the service needs help cashier’s aren’t polite they speak to you with a grumpy attitude, and seem annoyed when you ask a question about what they sell. If you ask about their drinks they will point to a fridge and will say if we don’t have it there we don’t have it as if we should know what they do or don’t have. Their attitude is not very inviting and for me that is very important I don’t know if I will ever come back, will I ever recommend someone here I don’t think so.

You can smell the birria from the parking lot! Everything was delicious and fresh. Tried the #2 combo and it was so filling. Also ordered a large horchata (highly recommend). Staff was very friendly. Restaurant is clean and spacious.

The taste was pretty average. I think it could have used some more spices or flavor it was a bit bland. Overall love the entire experience. Definitely recommend 4/5 stars. The drinks are pretty pricey 6.00 for a large. But cant beat the $2 tacos.

Great place with an open layout. The food was good and I tried a few different things. The quesabirria was fantastic, the burrito (meat, rice and beans) was okay, Ramen was also pretty good. I was surprised but it also had a full bar inside. Definitely worth checking it out.

I got the three birria tacos and as always, was delicious. The fresh hand-made tortillas were, as always, the best. The salsa was super good and the red was fire!!!this location has a bar and you can get a drink with your tacos.

Came after seeing an ad for their $2 tacos with consume. Walked in and it was empty maybe 1 or 2 families eating. Asked about their $2 taco that they advertised and they mentioned that it is just corn tortilla with meat, Nothing else. So I ordered the number 2 which came with a Quesadilla and 2 tacos. The tacos were very bland, Have no flavor, Had to add extra lime, They advertise that they have tomatillo salsa and when I ask for it they said they Only had red. Horrible food, service was underpar. Will NOT return again. Horrible unflavored meat. So sad

They have huge portion sizes, but if I compare it to other Birrieria places the flavor feels a little bit diluted. The masa is made in house. I would recommend go for the three taco set, and you won’t have any regrets. Will definitely go again, probably try the Torta next time

Did not like the birria meat , it is tough to chew and dried, the broth consomé it’s not that good . not coming back. I think the ingredients used are low quality, the quality of food went down .those dark spots on the meat were so dried, I didn’t enjoy it and my mom didn’t either . We spent $40 on this .

Birrieria Guadalajara is definitely an experience. I had been wanting to try this place out for quite some time now. Hands down you have to try the tacos dorados de birria it’s what they are know for. I did not try their quesabirria which is essentially a birria taco but instead of using a corn tortilla they use a tortilla made out of only cheese I need to go back for this. This place specifically has a bar so you can eat and hang out at the bar or you can just pull a cod beer or a Jarritos soda from their fridge. The birria torta haogada is something else for sure. It is quite big and you’ll get quite messy maybe that’s just me. Just make sure to ask for extra napkins. We had the choice to eat inside or outside but it was kind of windy so we stayed inside. They also do catering incase you having a party. Just make sure you don’t forget to invite.
