This is the best birria meat I’ve tried! It is soft not chewy and full of flavor not bland and not overly salty it’s just right! It has a homemade taste to it! My 2year old son enjoyed the rice and beans birria plate, my husband enjoyed his burrito and I loved the quesabirria !

Also I considered it was very unprofessional that I was in the counter, I had bearly finished making my order and was waiting for my change when I saw how the cook took the flour tortilla from the bottom of the stove thing while she was telling the cashier that it was so hard ans the cashier was just saying oh yeah they been like that since yesterday, I left the bag open and giggled
I was like whaaaat! Thats .y burrito you’re making right now, I didn’t know what to say or how necessarily unhygienic or insanatary it is but at least I considered it very unprofessional, first time there and I left the place concerned on what I was about to ingest and even reconsidering eating it… unfortunately when opening my food part of it was burnt and as of the burrito , meat was dry and they but a little too much onion in it

Was looking for birreria tacos and I always pass this place going down hacienda. So we stopped to check it out and it was good. 2.00 birreria tacos everyday. Couldn’t ask for more. Try the red hot chili.

This place is amazing!! The birria has so much flavor and it’s so juicy! The customer service was also wonderful! Very sweet girls that took our order and gave us our food! The horchata was bomb and so were the tacos! Very affordable too! I highly recommend this amazing restaurant with equally amazing staff and food!

Birrieria Guadalajara is a great place, good food, good service, we’ll definitely be coming back here again. My wife and I ordered the tacos suave for 2 bucks each. We’ve been there twice, and we got the same thing (so good). Next time we’ll try something different. Any suggestions? Anyhow, if you love Birria, you gotta try this place.
