I believe we were helped out by the owner himself and he took his time to answer my questions and never rushed us when we took a while to browse the menu. I can see why it was voted as the best because the quesabirrias were amazing! The size of them is also well worth your money (which isn’t expensive at all maybe bc I’m used to Bay Area prices). I couldn’t even finish my plate of quesabirrias! I believe that it comes with 3 or 4 but they’re huge and they’re also very crispy . Their consomé is also flavorful and not oily at all like at other birria places. Definitely coming back here when I’m in the Central Valley again!

Their customer service, their quality, and their wait time has gone to absolute crap ever since they hired younger staff. I have been going there for YEARS and I have NEVER waited over 10 minutes for an order. The fact that 20 minutes passed & staff was big chilling, singing away, restarting EMPTY and still no food?
