I remember going to Colorado on vacation back in April of 2022, this taco truck being the first time I tried Birrieria and it was unbelievable and I escpecially loved the baby goats he had outside that you were able to pet and feed and he explained to me that he raised the goats and slaughtered them himself and that’s why his birrieria was better than everyone else’s. The reason I’m writing this now is bc I ended up getting his business card and I put it in my wallet and going through it today I found and all those memories of being there came back. I don’t know how he doesn’t have thousands of reviews on here but he definitely deserves it. I now make my own birrieria at home bc no one offers anything good over here in Michigan. Thank you for the delicious food from almost three years now.

You’ve got to try this birria! They have a great juicy version made of beef. But I was most excited to find birria de chivo, that is, the traditional version made of goat. That was also tender and well seasoned with just a subtle gamey flavor (like lamb). It is served as tacos and comes with a side of broth- basically the juice that the meat is stewed in. Tasty! They participate in the Esquina del Sabor on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

You have to try this food truck! Unreal delicious, the beef, the goat, all of it amazing! I can’t get enough. I would’ve posted a picture but I ate it too fast. You can also order by phone and find them.
