These guys were pretty slow, but I still kept an open mind. I ordered 2 egg and bacon breakfast tacos. When I finally got my order the taco filling was pretty generous and the eggs looked fresh and there was plenty of bacon, but it looked like it was just dumped on top of the eggs, and not incorporated at all. And there really wasn’t any flavor at all. Just very bland. Adding the red salsa helped, but it’s pretty bad when you can’t make bacon and eggs taste good.

The food here is really good! I think today they just got in a rush. My cheese has never been burnt like this. When they remade the sandwich, it was perfect!
The nopales tacos are wonderful! Definitely recommend the birria texas toast, the birria quesadilla and the nopales tacos on flour!

While the beef birria cheesy tacos weren’t as flavorful as I expected they would be, it was still a super tender and filling meal. Fiancé gave 5/5 to his lamb quesabirria. Mostly pleased with how quick our order came out for takeout.

This place is nice for Mexican food, Im gonna rate this honestly as a mexican, the food was ok. The birria was not bad but the consome was extremely salty, so was the birria ramen. I had to reorder something because it was so salty. The flautas were delicious but there were 4 small ones. Im very picky with my rice so I didn’t really like it. For dessert I ordered a Churro with cajeta and it was great. The cheesecake was a little warm but still good. The service was great, the waitress was very nice and helpful. The place is clean but kinda cold. It may just be cold because its very cold outside. Overall I would try it again another day because the consume was really the only problem for me.

Food was not that good no seasoning in the birria ramen NONE, It taste jus like warm water w/ soggy noodles, regular quesadilla is 15$ for small slices and the rest of the plate is a double salad not worth the money, I asked and she lied so it’s like a half order instead of a full order. Dey get 1 star from me and will NEVER go back. Plus the wait was like 30mins with only one family in there eating so 30mins is a long time for 2 items and then they were nasty at that soooo wats the point

Hard to pick what to get with an extensive menu. Landed on the birria Ramen. The Ramen could use some flavor when tasted on their own, but with the lamb was great! They do offer beef. Daughter got barbacoa tacos and had great flavor. When in Ennis again we’ll stop again!

I ordered the chicken flautas and halfway through the flauta i tasted chemicals. I remember telling my partner that I could feel the “chemical” taste coming through my nose and in my throat. My partner tried it and said it tasted like the food had ammonia in it. Now I don’t know why this occurred, all of the sides were good but if any Ammonia is being used around the food, that is concerning. I also read that corn tortillas can produce an ammonia smell when stale but I’m not sure.

Was very disappointed with this place. We had a few different items from their menu: Beef birria was tasteless and greasy
Goat birria was tasteless
Agua de horchata and Jamaica were both from premade instant drinks
Torta ahogada was tasty but made with a telera bread(not a toasty bolillo or baguette), so it was very soggy, I ended up eating it with a fork.
Be aware of their mandatory 18% gratuity added to parties of 5 or more. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 kids and were charged the 18% gratuity. I’m giving them 2 stars because the place is clean and nicely decorated, but we will definitely not be back.

1st time I had it it was delicious and I had no complaints requests made online were followed. The 2nd time I ordered, what I requested was not followed. Also, I nearly got sick after seeing whole vessels in the meat. Y’all need to properly clean the meat and remove vessels.
