Vanessa reached out to me and wanted me to give it another try. I appreciate the gesture and reordered a couple of the items I ordered previously (newer cook, so I understand).
The Birria tacos were much better and flavorful. I do think they would be best eaten right away though. Looked like the pictures and enjoyed them!
The enchiladas were also much better. They had no beans and the red sauce was on them this time.
I did try the Asada Fries and OMG. Delicious!
If you haven’t tried them or this if your first time trying this place, I would definitely recommend them!

I tried this place out tonight for dinner after seeing so many people rave about it… I spent $54 and got food that had absolutely no flavor
The pictures did not match what we got. The tacos were bland & soggy, the enchiladas bland and no red sauce (actually they used the beans as sauce ), not refried beans (pinto beans), mushy rice that I’ve never seen before… and the list goes on.
I had high hopes and was let down
I was expecting authentic Mexican food, but instead paid the authentic price, without the flavor.

Hooked on El Pastor tacos (Adobada) , so delicious… Marinade is perfect…. Flavor is awesome. Location not so great but easy in/out driveway and lots of parking… Personable and very friendly/helpful !!

i’ve eaten at every taco truck in Butte County and El Mariachi is 100% the Best tacos and food in Butte County. They’re grilled onions I could eat a whole plate by themselves and their Barria soup is absolutely amazing and very flavorful

My husband & I tried this place tonight. Great service & GREAT burritos. It’s a 3 star because our street taco tortillas were soggy, and the quesabirria tacos (not pictured) also had soggy tortillas & the sauce was not like other birria sauces. BUT! The flavors were there. The meat was salted nicely and wasn’t dry. The super mariachi burritos were the best part of our experience. Great price for size and what came in the burritos.

This is our new favorite Mexican food choice. The crispy tacos are the BEST I’ve had in a long time. Also, the taco salad bowl…..delicious and can easily feed two people.
I’m a newbie here and looking forward to trying all of their fare, but as of now, we are big fans.

Below average taco truck. Got two asada street tacos and a California burrito with marinated pork. Pork was dry dry. Barely any meat. Filled with allot of French fries. Street tacos were not good. . Sauce on it was not good. Wait time was long. Don’t recommend.
