My favorite birria in town That savory shredded beef recipe is 5 stars. My go-to order is 3 queso tacos, consome with red sauce and lime. I just saw that they started making breakfast so I’ll be checking that outt The two men that are always working hard in there are friendly and quick! They have good quesabirria tacos and tacos dorados de birria. I really liked how cheesy and flavorful the quesataco is. Their prices are fairly reasonable. The birria is really good! Their red salsa is fire, but their green salsa is a bit watered down for my liking.
Their location however, is not in a place that can make you feel safe or comfortable to dine.

Very delicious spot!, driving up, it can be slightly difficult to find street parking.. very nice food truck, with outstanding customer service, service was super fast! I was honestly very surprised how fast I got my order with moderate amount of people ahead of me. I got Both the Torta and the Grilled cheese sandwich! .. let me tell you, the Grilled Cheese Sandwich with birria.. look at the cheese, they don’t shy away putting cheese! It looks absolutely amazing. They do use different buns for the torta and Grilled cheese. The meat itself was very soft, very tasteful.. I was extremely satisfied! To add a little more juice to it.. get a side of “Consume” .

I got a quesitaco and a birria vaso (soup/consumme). That quesitaco was so good! I came down from San Francisco and stopped by after seeing the reviews. I’d come back again if I’m ever in the area.

I visited LA to check out the food scene recently. Initially, I was supposed to go to a birria truck in the Sherman Oaks area to find out it was extremely far from where I was staying. My BnB host told me to check out this spot (not to be confused with the restaurant across the street). When I walked up and saw 3 Hispanic guys sitting enjoying their meal, I knew it was gonna be good. I ordered the quesitaco and birria ramen which was about $18. Very filling and a great price
