Atmosphere:
I thought it was a fast food kind of restaurant. The atmosphere felt like an italian sitdown restaurant, mixed with a starbucks, mixed with a Buffalo Wildwings.
Service:
Since I was sitting there longer than I expected, I finished my drink.
The server offered to fill it up for me. (I had already paid since I was taking it to go, this was just out of kindness.)
Food:
The Queso Birria has 2 shells, a crunchy pan fried outer shell, and an inner, soft shell. The beef is good quality and tender, but doesn’t have much flavor by itself. Dipped in the consume it is wonderful.
This place is somewhere to bring a loved one for a quick sitdown meal.
Highly recommend sitting inside. The view of the mountains is beautiful.

ABSOLUTELY fantastical service, atmosphere, and food! Ten out of ten! Very reasonably priced. Fast friendly and helpful service. Best salsa in town! Best birria in town! Will definitely be going back tomorrow before we leave. Only disappointment was that I didn’t try it sooner!!! OMG! The Agua fresca was amazing! Beware the hot sauce in the little box! That stuff was CRAZY hot! Snuck up on me…

Where to start?! The food for one was some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had. I had a couple chicken tacos and a mulita with chorizo, while my wife had their rolled beef tacos and a cheese quesadilla. Every part of each item was done perfect and so well in fact that I learned how good certain parts can be. The tortillas specifically were so well done I don’t think I’ll be eating tacos as happily again if they’re not as perfected. The 3.50 tacos were PILED with delicious goodness. My mulita was so cheesy and the chorizo was super flavorful. My wife’s rolled tacos were stuffed with meat and the chipotle sauce it came with was unlike any other- so smokey in the best of way.
The service couldn’t be better, the one-man-show up front immediately gave us a nice greeting and met us at our table with menus, ready for anything we were. I’m ashamed I don’t remember his name, but if you’re reading this – you rock! Once we had our order placed it couldn’t have been much more than 10 minutes before everything came out all at once, correct and hot.
The place is clean and while it’s not huge, it feels very open because of the tall ceilings and good design.
The price is so beyond reasonable that it makes you want to tip your server super well because you feel like you’re robbing them! Which I think is a winning formula for everybody! Only paid $40 for all of the food and a soda for each of us.
Only ended up at this place because our flight got cancelled and the airline put us up for free at the nearby Hilton – but Birria Bite turned a travel nightmare into a blessing in disguise.

Birria Bite in Las Vegas is a Mexican restaurant that, besides serving Mexican dishes, also serves sushi and ramen. Yes, that’s a strange combination, but they make it work. The ramen is actually pretty tasty and they give you a lot of it. The Mexican food is also very good. I didn’t try the sushi so I cannot comment on that. The hot sauces sitting on your table a quite nice tasting. The service is quick to get your food out to your table. The restaurant is kept clean. It was fairly busy when I went on a Monday afternoon. It’s located in a small strip mall next to a very busy Dubai chocolate place. Parking is a little difficult with limited spaces available. Birria Bite is a nice place to go dine for a quick bite.

Hands down best homemade corn tortilla I have ever experienced! The steak taco was incredible! And don’t even get me started on the chicken taco! Holy moly. Would fly back to Vegas just to come eat here!!
