Stopped by the other day…. Had a pleasant experience…. The food is delicious and the restaurant is just an upstart…. Kind of spacious as they are just starting to get in the restaurant business… they also do catering… I got the Pizza Birria which has 8 slices of Delicious Birria…. They were so nice to me and gave me all the different types of sauces to try …. So it’s basically flavorful…. The consume’ isn’t too bad which is the caldo or broth served with the Birria To eat…. Plenty of parking and HOV access …. Enjoy !

You bang really see out from the main road. But when I searched up Birria in Victorville, it took me to their site. I’m glad we went, my daughter and I ordered the Birria ramen/Taco and quesabirrias #1 and it was good. Went in to try the birria ramen and it did not disappoint — super flavorful and really comforting. Only bummer was that they weren’t selling beer yet since they’re still in their soft opening, but the aguas frescas made up for it. Super refreshing and honestly way better than I expected.
Staff was cool, service was quick, and the place has a chill vibe. I’ll definitely be back once the full menu (and beer!) is available.

Walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out talking about the birria. Finally, some authentic, real birria — easily the best I’ve had in California. The meat, the flavor, everything was spot on.
Staff was cool, food came out quick, and the whole vibe was relaxed. This place just earned a repeat visit from me.
