Man this place slaps. This was my first time trying it, but I will definitely be back. I got the birria tacos, birria plate, and birria quesadilla. They were all fantastic, but the quesadilla was my favorite. Reasonable price and I waited less than 10 minutes for everything. Just don’t check my cholesterol after I eat here lol.

You simply can NOT go wrong.
Everything is cooked fresh to order (they say 10 minutes, but I’ve never waited that long), tastes wonderful, and is simply delicious. The two people in the food truck are very friendly, and you feel as though they appreciate your business.
I seriously recommend you try it.

Let me tell you, I’d been eyeing Birreria Lopez for a hot minute and then I placed and order and haven’t looked back. Living 5 minutes away from here is dangerous, because the food is so tasty! From the Birria quesadilla, Birria pizza, taco, burritos, we’ve had it all. Food is great, service is fast (I always try calling beforehand), and satisfies my craving for Mexican. If you live close by, definitely try this out if you want a quick food option to take on the go!

4.5 Great tacos. Ground beef very flavorful but double tortillas would help as the tortillas fell apart on us. Delicious nonetheless!

As yall can see I already hate half of my pizza but it was so good. I got the birria pizza and it only took 15 minutes, it was hot and fresh, cake with a number of sauces, and the staff where very friendly, I give the flavor of the food a 10/10 seasonings were perfect !

Ordered multiple items, biggest issues were:
asked for plain quesadillas as they were for kids and the asada was onion filled and the chicken was extremely soggy after a short 3 minute drive home
Ordered carne asada fries with half carnitas…. The carnitas were the biggest problem, didn’t taste fresh and the amount of cartilage in them was so off putting I couldn’t finish. Fries tasted old and hard as well.
Carnitas tacos, same issue
Al Pastor not much flavor overall.
Wouldn’t be back, was hoping for a good place close to home, but this isn’t it.
