Me and my mom and my young daughter stopped in this chocolate place on a rainy Saturday afternoon on our way to the library. Diane was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and shared much information about the history and chocolates and even offered us a sample to try. The chocolate is very good quality with high cocoa and low sugar content. This is my new chocolate spot for myself and gifts.

This is a neat little chocolate shop tucked back behind a neighborhood in what I would call an industrial area. The showroom is plain and sterile but the staff are friendly. The chocolates are well presented but honestly a bit too rich for both me and my wife. The fruit fillings are a smooth flavored chocolate creme, I would prefer to remove the chocolate base and be more fruit. The store was woefully understaffed when I went Feb 13th, with only 2 workers behind the counter. Obvious inefficiencies abound which led to a 40min wait to simply purchase a pre-packaged assortment.

As we were heading up to visit the World Headquarters of Jehovah’s Witnesses in New York, we decided to stop by Birnn Chocolate Factory and, it did NOT disappoint. The chocolate is absolutely amazing, full of flavor. There is so much variety! Plenty to choose from. As we’re heading back from our trip, we stopped again and met John! He was very patient and kind. 10/10 would visit again 🙂

We live in the neighborhood for 8 years and just discovered this store, because it is in the middle of nowhere. I only heard of it because people were talking about it closing soon, so I had to explore. The chocolate is great, and I am used to Belgian chocolate. It is as good as that! I liked the variety, fruity and nutty fillings, and marzipan too!! We have to go back regularly before it closes. Such a shame!

We order the truffles seasonally and every single time the shipping is lightening FAST! The product is excellent but the best part is the customer service. Like, DO call and ask them anything you need to know about an order and you can feel the smiles through the phone!! Highly recommend!!

Always fresh and the most delicious truly homemade chocolate. I used to work around the corner within walking distance and could stop in for a quick treat. The owner and staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. Very clean. Well presented. Delectable combinations! Hazelnut praline dark chocolate bark & dipped apricots with nuts among the usual you’d expect to find. So much to choose from! Great customer service.
