Delicious chicken tenders that were crunchy and juicy! The fries and the birdcall sauce are also delicious. The restaurant seating inside was a little bland but the outdoor patio is awesome! It had some really nice Adirondack seating. I would definitely come back here in the summertime to enjoy the patio!

The most overrated chicken I have ever had.
I want this place to succeed, but it has really been going downhill. I’ve had birdcall a couple of years ago, and decided to give it another try. Still bad. It’s just not good, and I really don’t know how to say it otherwise, but the nuggets are way too overcooked, the tots are so greasy, and overall I just don’t know what happened. Not to mention how we waited in the drive through for a Nashville chicken sandwich, a couple nuggets, and some tater tots. It took so long we had to go into the parking lot and wait another 10 minutes for our food to finally arrive. You can maybe see how I am a bit disappointed. I don’t like giving places bad reviews, but I felt I had too just to give some honest feedback.

What happened to the quality at Birdcall? It’s noticeably worse every time I come in.
My recent experience with the chicken nuggets was terrible—they were tough and so chewy I couldn’t finish the 10-piece order. It also seems like you might need to change your fryer oil more often; the food had a stale, low-quality taste as a result.

We’ve been to a few other Birdcalls in the area but this one by far is the best. The one standout star employee was a girl named Jennifer. She was the kindest and most honest employee at a fast food place that we’ve ever met. I could only hope that we run into more employees like her at Birdcall. I would have been able to give you five stars on the food but I cannot believe that a salad at a chicken place didn’t come with chicken tenders to put in the salad. I think the people that own the restaurant should recommend at least including one or two chicken strips with each salad. I thought that was standard at a chicken place so my wife ordered a salad. The salad was good but having a couple of pieces of chicken on it would have made it top notch.

Zero stars !!!! Black young lady that works at the window is extremely rude. She didn’t tell me my total, didn’t give me my receipt and was using lots of profanity with me. She snatched the money from me and threw the change at me. I believe her name is Niaya. She has teeth gems on her teeth and an extreme potty mouth. She should be written up for her behavior and maybe she should go find a job that makes her happy. She doesn’t know what anyone is going through and for her to treat me the way she did today it is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will never come eat here again, as long as she is working here. Such a nice beautiful business shouldn’t have someone working there with such an ugly, horrible attitude. Her customer service skills are beyond horrible. I truly am appalled at her monstrous behavior today. Please speak with her about her actions, it was very uncalled for the way she acted. Niaya is a horrible worker.

P.S. they need to bring back the sesame vinaigrette and the Mikes Honey Hot Sandwich they were to die for!!

Love this place and cant recomend it enough. I hit the drive thru a couple times a month, sometimes more.
Jennifer is the best fast casual food employee I have ever seen.
She is always courteous, thoughtful, professional, communicative, fast, genuine, and makes me smile.
My dog usually barks at fast food windows, but he loves her and knows if he behaves he’ll get a treat.
As a long time service industry employee and manager I am always very impressed by this store and their employees.
Just wish that they would put the coconut soda back on the menu! Not a single other complaint.

Food is fine, nothing special at all but certainly not bad. But the price is outrageous. $17.50 for one chicken salad is absolute insanity. No drink, no side, only “add-on” was 1 extra dressing. Definitely won’t be back.

Birdcall here was pretty good! They had a good amount of seating, friendly and fast staff, clean, and location was great! The chicken tenders were tasty and the fries were great. They did get my shake wrong though it was the same price and was delicious, they also were weak on the fry portion which was why I gave away a star. Overall, a good Birdcall location in the DU area! Would recommend.

Swung through the drive thru today to grab a quick lunch. The employee working the drive thru could not have been nicer. Yes, it’s pricey for fast food, but the sandwiches are fresh made and the chicken is always fabulous.
