Stroll with me to the eclectic, welcoming, and vibrant café known as “Bird Tree”. From the variety of delicious drink options like the “Hold-Steady Espresso Martini” to the “Chai Harder” this eccentric modern spot offers a creative yet fascinating spin on comfort food faves and breakfast items. I personally had the “Acacia Grilled Cheese” and it is arguably one of the greatest sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. The presentation, staff, and overall ambiance of this establishment is well deserving of the 2025 Best Of The Springs Award.

Everytime I come here im greeted by the lovely and well mannered blonde. I think her name is allie?They say shes like a white aunt jemima! She also is definitely the manager. Shes so patient and even loving when taking orders, no matter the situation. I can tell she treats her employees so well, like family even. I even heard that on her days off, she helps with clothing and feeding the homeless. WOW! We need more people like allie. The food food here is remarkable. The service is superb. Its very clean here and the decor is always amazing, clearly done by a professional. Overall this place is more than a simple cafe. Its an experience that in my honest opinion, is severely underpriced. This is coming from a 20 year service industry professional. We are lucky to have this establishment here in our city. Even my dog loves this place! God bless you allie!

Absolutely loved this place… the grilled cheese, soup and coloado koolaid was yummy not to mention the birdie board. The atmosphere is amazingly fun and staff friendly and helpful.

Such a cute spot for breakfast! I had the vegan breakfast burrito and a chai latte. My friends got the avocado toast. Everything tasted delicious and I love the current theme – Alice in Wonderland. Super nice staff too. Highly recommend.

We stopped here to have a Sunday lunch on the sidewalk in a beautiful setting under the Sun. It was a pleasant experience having the park across the street and chatter among the people walking by. We ordered two sandwiches. One was a grilled cheese with fig jam in the middle, chips and a pickle. The other was a Reuben with chips and a pickle. Both sandwiches were delicious. We ate it all. And their drinks were just as good. It was an enjoyable lunch.
