I stayed at this hotel years ago. This time, I was just driving through the town. My family needed to stretch their legs, so we stopped by here. I remembered how amazing the koi fish were. And they did not disappoint. They were great in number and in size. My family had a wonderful time just walking the grounds and feeding the animals. We plan on stopping by here on our way back from our trip as well. We had such a great time.

Great experience! Came here for lunch on a Wednesday in August 2023. Excellent, friendly service. Clean. Large place and plenty of food options. Everyone tried several items from the buffet and liked several things. Kids loved the chicken nuggets. Conveniently located next to farmers market and gift stores just down the same street. Would visit again.

This is our second time eating here. The first time was the buffet. This time, we ordered off the menu. Delicious meals and great choices. The Crabcake sandwich and the chicken salad were both delicious. Our server Amy was very friendly. The gifts here are also nice as well as their Theater. A great place!

We went early just before lunch finished. Wasn’t too busy. We didn’t do the buffet-too much food! We got the Roast Turkey dinner & Pork/Sauerkraut. You get to pick 2 sides-lots to choose from. We got mashed potatoes (real potatoes), corn, a side salad and the cucumber/onion salad this was very good-give it a try). Both service and food were good. Food came out fast.

I went there for breakfast It was absolutely amazing and So was the staff. I loved it so much now I actually work there. If you’re looking for good food at a decent price and a kid friendly this is the place for you. The buffet, the salad bar and dessert bar are absolutely amazing. Also the baked French toast is absolutely amazing it melts in your mouth. You have to try it.

must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic dining experience. The restaurant’s fresh buffet and salad bar are particularly noteworthy, with a wide variety of dishes and locally sourced ingredients that are sure to impress. The staff is friendly and attentive, making diners feel right at home. And the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability and supporting local farms is admirable.

Amazing place! We did the full dinner buffet and stuffed ourselves. The stand outs are definitely the broasted chicken and roast beef. You need to try a smorgasbord while in Amish country!

This place is great of you’re looking for a home cooked meal away from home. It has all the Pennsylvania Dutch essentials no matter what time of day you choose to go. It’s clean and the staff is very friendly. If you do go, be sure to buy some whoopie pies on the way out. The pumpkin ones are my favorite!

I had an average experience at this establishment. The price was very good considering that the food is unlimited. My main issue was that apparently, nobody can get food on the side that the food is on, and you must be on one side only. There is no sign or blockade stating that you cannot go around on the other side to get food, despite the other side not being a work station. One worker was polite in telling me the first time, but he didn’t word it right, so I didn’t know what he meant. He worded it as if you must be on the side closest to the food to get the food, but another worker was very rude and disrespectful in how she spoke. I have been to multiple buffets in the area over the years, and there has never been a rule that you can only get the food on one side. If there is such a rule, it should be clearly stated with a blockade blocking people from going on that side. It should also be said by the waiters/waitresses when they explain the buffet to people who have never been there before. How would anyone know this strange and bizarre rule with no indication of such a rule? Why is the buffet designed for people to go on both sides to get the food in any event? Why is this buffet the only buffet with such a peculiar rule? And then to be given an attitude? I will not be coming back ever.

Family style restaurant in Lancaster County PA serving good comfort food at a reasonable price. The restaurant seems quite popular and there was a 20 minute wait before we were seated. We opted to order off the menu although the buffet overs a wider selection of choices. Our server was very friendly and cou you’d and offered suggestions on the menu. We wanted to try the ham balls but not as an entree. She brought us each a single ball so that we could give it a try. It’s has the consistency of meatloaf but with minced ham. It was delicious . We ordered their broasted chicken and Smucker Angus Burger.
